      1 measure of rice well rised with cold water and well drained
      1 measure of water ( respect the ratio 1:1)
      Season
      Pressure cook high for 3 minutes; release 10 minutes

        What do you me after all your rice recipes at the end of your instruction you have then quick what do you mean?

          It means you let the pot sit for a period of time (natural pressure release) and then you move the valve to venting to release any remaining pressure (quick release): https://www.365daysofcrockpot.com/what-is-natural-pressure-release-and-quick-release/

    It is so nice to have easy IP recipes on hand. We do not use a/c to try to be frugal so our kitchen is VERY warm and I don’t like to use the oven on hot days. The IP and crockpot are perfect. Last night I made your sour cream pork chops (had with potato leftovers and a salad) and tonight I’m making the “Hamburger Helper” one. Thank you for such great recipes…..and a kiitchen lifesaver!

      Oh yes you definitely need to use the IP with no AC. Some people even take their IPs outside to their back porch to cook.
