5 Last Minute New Year’s Eve Instant Pot Recipe Ideas
I don’t know about you but I’m all about appetizers and snack-y foods on New Year’s Eve. Give me all the chips, and all the crackers, and all the dips, and all the charcuterie boards. The only problem with me and New Year’s Eve is that I don’t eat after 9 pm. This is a goal Greg and I have been doing consistently since 2003. It’s the one night a year that I seriously hate my 9 pm eating cut off time. Lol. Here are 5 last minute New Year’s Eve Instant Pot recipe ideas for you! Plus a few Crockpot ideas too. Enjoy and HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grab a cracker, a chip, a sliced baguette, a pretzel or a veggie and dig in!!!
Instant Pot or Slow Cooker Crab Dip—creamy, cheese crab dip with Old Bay Seasoning tastes great served on a sliced baguette or crackers.
Instant Pot or Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip—creamy, addictive, restaurant-quality spinach artichoke dip that comes together so fast. Serves a crowd!
Instant Pot or Slow Cooker Mississippi Sin Dip—An addictive warm dip that is perfect for any party, potluck or get together. Or if you want to eat it in the closet by yourself. No judgment.
Instant Pot Sausage Queso Dip—the classic Velveeta and Rotel dip with sausage made in the Instant Pot. A cheesy queso dip perfect for parties, game day and potlucks.
Instant Pot or Slow Cooker Arkansas Cheese Dip–Grab a bag of tortilla chips and dig into this Instant Pot/Slow Cooker Arkansas Cheese Dip for the most addicting snack of your life.
Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip–A seriously addictive, 4-ingredient buffalo chicken dip made in your electric pressure cooker. A perfect party food!
Pizza Dip–the most amazing pizza dip is generously spooned over garlic bread and popped into your mouth. Make the dip in your Instant Pot, slow cooker or oven.
Slow Cooker Taco Dip–I love this taco dip because it’s one of those recipes where you can pretty much throw everything into the slow cooker and be done. No browning required beforehand. It’s the perfect appetizer or a great game day snack. Kids and adults both love this cheesy taco dip.
Instant Pot Hummus–you can cook dried chickpeas in a pressure cooker and make your own hummus from scratch. This recipe has simple ingredients, like olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, that you probably already have on hand. Hummus is a creamy and healthy dip that is perfect with crackers or raw veggies.
A little ball of seasoned meat and breadcrumbs with a toothpick inserted. What could be better?
Instant Pot 3-Ingredient Meatballs–These meatballs are a perfect appetizer. With only 3 ingredients and the use of your Instant Pot they literally take 3 minutes of hands-on time. They are super flavorful with a little bit of savory and a little bit of sweetness.
Instant Pot Kung Pao Porcupine Meatballs–easy homemade meatballs with rice cooked inside and coated with a zippy chili garlic sauce.
Slow Cooker Homemade Cocktail Meatballs–tender, bite-sized meatballs made at home in your slow cooker. These meatballs are like the ones you buy at the grocery store in the frozen section except you know exactly what’s going in them. Make these meatballs with ground turkey, chicken, beef or pork…you choose!
Slow Cooker Spicy Coconut Meatballs–a slightly spicy creamy coconut sauce that is simmered with flavorful meatballs and then topped with chopped cilantro. This is such an easy recipe but totally tastes like something you’d order at a restaurant.
Nachos are a crowd favorite! Chips with delicious toppings on the top…who can resist?
Instant Pot Greek Nachos—pita chips, topped with seasoned chicken, feta and lots of tzatziki sauce. A fun and healthier twist on nachos. You can also make this in the slow cooker.
Instant Pot Macho Nacho Casserole—fully loaded nachos in casserole form, made fast and easy in your Instant Pot.
Instant Pot Mexican Pulled Pork–fall apart tender pork is cooked in your pressure cooker and then a few extra ingredients are added to give the meat a southwestern flare. This pork is perfect for tacos, salads, nachos and burritos!
Messy but worth it!
Instant Pot Buffalo Wings–throw a bag of frozen chicken wings in your electric pressure cooker and cook for just 3 minutes for perfectly cooked chicken wings! Toss the wings in some buffalo sauce and then serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Instant Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings–frozen wings are tossed into your electric pressure cooker and cooked for just 4 minutes. Then a mixture of garlic powder, parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix coat the wings while they broil and crisp up in the oven. These wings have unbelievable flavor and are super easy to make for a party.
#5 Deviled Eggs
Make the boiled eggs in your Instant Pot and then create a platter of poppable deviled eggs.
Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe–easy to peel hard boiled eggs without the gray ring around the yolk, made in your pressure cooker.
Avocado Deviled Eggs—The best deviled eggs I’ve ever eaten! If you’re a fan of avocados you’ll love these deviled eggs with a Mexican twist.

Made the Mississippi Sin Dip last night for New Year’s Eve and almost ate the whole thing myself. Hollowed out a Portuguese bread and ate the dip with potato chips, so definitely sinful. Thanks for not judging!
No judgment here!!!! It’s so good right?!?
