If you love getting those whole rotisserie chickens at your grocery store, you’ll love this recipe for pressure cooker whole seasoned chicken. Slice the chicken up to eat plain or use it in any recipes that call for cooked chicken.

#6: Instant Pot Beef Gyros
Tender pieces of beef with soft onions, juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, creamy cucumber yogurt sauce all wrapped up in soft, melt in your mouth pita bread. The beef is cooked until tender in your electric pressure cooker in less than an hour.

#5: Instant Pot Creamy Tortellini Spinach and Chicken Soup
Creamy tomato based soup with bites of tender chicken, cheesy tortellini and fresh bright green spinach. This version is made in the electric pressure cooker and is a quick and easy one pot meal. I just received an Instant Pot this morning as a Christmas present from my husband. We’re in a blizzard, so I can’t run the 15 miles into town for ingredients, but I do have all I need for your roast recipe! Mine is frozen, too, so I’m excited to know that it will work that way because I’m anxious to try out my new toy. I always forget to thaw meat, too. Thanks for the recipe!!!
I hope you love it!
Hi Karen,
The wife and I put on our “big boy pants” and made the Tuscany Chicken for our first Instant Pot meal. It was delicious, and you made it very easy to make. TYVM!! We can’t wait to make our 2nd meal soon.
Thanks for what you do!
Good work! I’m proud!!!
Karen, I’m making your garlic pork tenderloin and mashed potatoes Tonite for company. I bought two 1.50 oz tenderloins. It’s says the cooking time is 5 minutes. With two do I add more cooking time. It will be 3oz instead of 2oz. Thanks
I would keep the same cooking time because the thickness of the meat is the same. If it was 1 huge thick tenderloin then I would increase time.
You are great-can’t wait for your cookbook!! Will there be all different recipes then what is on this Site? I’ve already got all those printed out😄
They’ll be recipes that are on my site all in one handy place 😊

Also tried to download the chicken tortellini soup recipe and it did not work.
Just fixed that! should work now!
Can you help? I have sent a message to Insta Pot but no response. My intsa pot whistles the whole time it’s under pressure. If I move the vent a tiny bit it will stop for a second or 2 and then resume. That high pitched noise is so annoying and I don’t know if the pressure i right since it obviously is releasing steam while cooking. I have followed your directions for taking it apart, cleaning and reassembling but that didn’t help. My pot is fairly new and I was still learning ow to use it. I love your recipes because they are very clear and perfect for a newby like me. Now i’m not using it at all because no one in the house can’t stand the noise
Make sure when you are releasing the pressure. Especially when cooking soups that you haven’t overfilled the pot and cause liquid to Exit out the vent. . Clean it real well if you can and try to use natural release for the first 10 to 12 minutes before you do a manual release when you’re on the pressure cooking setting. Covering a vent with the towel if you overfill the pot will help it from making a mess.
Put a plastic cup on the release a rag you try to move it and you stand rhe chance to burn if your pt is calling you go snack it on top or on the side your not getting a good seal i snack mine all the time and it stops..it just wants your attention lol
Rhe chance to burn yourself.. if your pt is calling you..go smack it on top or on the side.. everyone i sit down it likes to whistle at me lol..smacking it not hard will make it seal good luck
You should also inspect the silicon gasket and replace if it is a year old. Mine whistled too and changing the gasket made it come to pressure fastyer and the whistling stoped. YMMV
That sounds like it’s not coming to pressure. The minute it comes to pressure and starts “counting down” it doesn’t make any noise at all. What model do you have?
Judie, how long ago did you contact Instant Pot? I’ve emailed them several times with questions. They’ve always responded though the response doesn’t always come quickly.
I tried to click on the Instant Pot Creamy Tortellini Soup to get the recipe, but it wouldn’t let me. I searched your site and found another Tortellini Soup, but it wasn’t this creamy one. Help, please. 🙂
I had the same problem. It looks so delicious!
Sorry about that! I just fixed it 🙂
I just printed it, worked fine for me, try it now. https://www.365daysofcrockpot.com/instant-pot-creamy-tortellini-spinach-and-chicken-soup/
