Who would have known 10 years ago that 365 Days would still be going strong coming into the year 2020? I sure didn’t! What a fun past 10 years it has been! I started out with slow cooker recipes and have since added pressure cooker recipes into the mix. Now pressure cooker recipes seem much more popular than the slow cooker recipes. Thank you for following along and being part of this awesome community. I hope that 2020 to 2030 is just as good or better for this corner of the internet. Please join my email list where you will get a recipe or tip from me for each day of the year. This is a free service. You can also join the 365 Days of Instant Pot Recipes Facebook Group. There you can share what you’ve been making or get an answer to your Instant Pot question.

Can/Have you used frozen chicken breasts in your recipes? (along with the other ingredients) If so, how much longer do you allow for the frozen chicken to cook?

Yes I use frozen all the time. A lot of my recipes specify in the actual recipe what time to use for frozen chicken. But usually I go about 3 extra minutes for frozen.
