20 Chicken Breast Instant Pot Recipes

  • Pinterest

It’s probably boring but the most common type of meat I have at my house is frozen chicken breasts in a big bag from Costco. They’re inexpensive and everybody around here likes chicken. I have a list of 20 Instant Pot recipes to share with you today and they all use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Some of these recipes allow you to use frozen chicken breasts without even thawing them. That’s a total score in my book! I love making number 19 on the list for that exact reason (and it tastes amazing).

Save this for later on Pinterest!

What are your favorite chicken recipes? I’d love to know!ย Would you like to see ALL my chicken recipes? Just click here to see my slow cooker and instant pot chicken recipes that you can make any night of the week.

What Instant Pot Do you Use?

Most of the time I useย my 6 quart Instant Pot Duo 60 7 in 1*. I love this Instant Pot because it has the yogurt making function which I use almost weekly. ย It has two pressure settings (high and low), and there are also little slots in the handles so that you can rest the lid there instead of putting it down on your counter-top.

    Howdy Karen:
I cook with Instant Pot all the time, thanks for the 20 Chicken recipes. I usually IP something new every week, but also every week I first make my go to favorite which is “stuffed bell pepper casserole” with four chopped green bells, extra vegetables and rice. I love it and it is quick. My wife’s KETO diet recipes all smell delicious, but I am an IP guy and love some sweets, starches, and pasta. I always offer to share my food, and she picks and chooses. Her KETO diet is working, she looks great, and she’s happy. I bet one of your 20 chicken recipes will have her in and sampling again, she will grab the chicken, but leave the pasta. Thanks again.

I love so many of your recipes!! As a full time working mom, due with #3 soon and 2 young kiddos, your recipes are easy to make and easy to adapt to picky eaters, but provide variety as well! Much appreciated!!!

Hi, thanks for all the recipes! Just a note from an older lady….I appreciate all the time you spend to create and post these recipes and have used a number of them and will continue to use for the ideas and timing for cooking. However, I try not to use processed food which has many unhealthy ingredients like MSG and tons of salt and gluten to name a few. So I try to use your recipes and omit all processed, packaged foods like canned soup ( I make and freeze my own chicken broth), processed cheese concoctions, dressing mixes, etc. For the health of children, especially, would like to see more “natural ” items used in your recipes. Thanks

I’ve been looking at that butter chicken for a while now!
Think that’s next on the list.
We eat mostly chicken in our house too. There’s just so much you can do with it. I especially like boneless skinless thighs.
    Love your recipes!!!!๐Ÿ˜€

I am 66 and I was burned out with cooking. On a whim I bought a Instant Pot and it has changed my perspective on cooking. With my IP and your recipes, I am actually enjoying trying new recipes! I especially like your Tuscan chicken recipe! Thank you.

I’m a widow and find it hard to cook just for me. So, consequently, I sometimes have cold cereal or toast and peanut butter. I know I need to cook healthy food for myself — and hope your Instant Pot recipes will help me do that. Thank you so much.

Hi Bethine, I hope they will help you too! It’s not that fun to cook when it’s just me but I do feel better when I eat actual meals instead of just cereal! Good luck to you!
