Low Carb Instant Pot Recipes
Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Chicken–tender shredded chicken with lime and cilantro flavors.

Instant Pot Buffalo Wings–throw a bag of chicken wings in your electric pressure cooker and cook for just 3 minutes for perfectly cooked chicken wings!
- 2.7 carbs per serving

- serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Instant Pot Flank Steak—the most tender and delicious Instant Pot steak ever! Flank steak or skirt steak is pressure cooked in a garlic balsamic marinade/sauce and then sliced and served.
- 2.5 carbs per serving
- Serve with steamed veggies
- Flank steak is best either hot and fast (grill) or braised. With the pressure cooker or slow cooker you can braise the steak until it breaks down the connective tissues and tenderizes.

Instant Pot Egg Bites—crust-less quiche-like bites of eggs, cheese and whatever mix-ins you want. They’re protein packed and a perfect portable breakfast.
- 1.1 carbs per egg bite
- Serve with sauteed spinach or blueberries and cream
- You really only need eggs and some dairy to make Instant Pot egg bites. But you can get fun and creative with other ingredients.

Instant Pot French Onion Chicken—caramelized onions with a flavorful sauce surrounds chicken that is topped with melty Swiss cheese.
- 10.7 carbs per serving (can reduce carbs by cutting out cornstarch)
- serve with cauliflower rice
- you may never use your stove again to caramelize onions!

Instant Pot Sesame Beef with Zucchini—tender chunks of beef with bites of zucchini in an easy stir fry sauce.
- 9.5 carbs per serving (can reduce carbs by cutting out cornstarch)

- the zucchini gets slightly cooked but not mushy and the savory sauce envelopes the sliced zucchini.

Instant Pot Garlic Herb Pork Chops and Green Beans–this one pot meal can be made in minutes. The pork chops and green beans are full of rich buttery herb flavors.
- 9.8 carbs per serving
- Slice up leftovers and serve over salad for lunch the next day
