I am always on the lookout for recipes like yours…delicious dishes made with regular ingredients for regular people. Isn’t that what everyday home-cooking is supposed to be?
I’ve even thought of making my own blog/website to make these kinds of recipes available to others, who I’m sure we’re having as much difficulty as I was in finding these kinds of recipes.
In fact, a while back I found a recipe here on your site (I can’t recall the name but it is ground beef, potatoes, cheese in a skillet). My family has been making it for generations but I could never find it anywhere in the web. I hated that others were missing out on the dish, although I was certain my family wasn’t the only one who knew how to make it, or some variation! LOL!
That’s when I knew for sure you kind of cooking is my kind of cooking! Thanks for all you do!
