What Pressure Cooker Do You Use?
I use a 6 quart Instant Pot Duo 60 7 in 1*. I love this Instant Pot because it has the yogurt making function which I use almost weekly. It has two pressure settings (high and low), and there are also little slots in the handles so that you can rest the lid there instead of putting it down on your counter-top.

I have a brand new 8 qt IP. Can I make your recipes? Haven’t used it – excited to get started with your wonderful recipes.
Yes! You can make any of my recipes with the 8 quart. Some of the recipes might need additional liquid to come to pressure though. You’ll need between 1-2 cups to get to pressure with an 8 quart. If there are moisture releasing ingredients like mushrooms or chicken then you can get away with 1 cup of liquid but if there are moisture absorbing ingredients like rice then you’ll need closer to 2 cups to come to pressure.
Thank you so much for all your wonderful recipes! I have only just begun, but I’m making some yummy stuff & my husband is very happy with the results! I have made your yogurt recipe twice now and am hooked! I’m making it again tomorrow! It is the best I’ve tasted since I visited Paris 10 years ago! Keep those recipes & videos coming, they are so appreciated!
Oh how awesome. I love the yogurt too! I am going to make a batch tomorrow 🙂

I have a London Broil in the freezer. What would be the best way to use it so it doesn’t turn out all dry? IP newbie here.
I’ve actually never made london broil in the instant pot before. If I remember right London broil is best on the grill or under a broiler since it cooks fairly quickly. The slow cooker and instant pot probably are not the best methods of cooking it.
I have a leftover prime rib roast that is not tender. Is there a recipe for cooked beef that I can use it in?
Sue
I bet you could make a really great beef stew with it!
