Instant Pot Cheeseburger in Paradise Pasta
If you don’t have access to a grill for cheeseburgers this summer you better be making this Instant Pot cheeseburger in paradise pasta dish! It’s soooo good. We all agreed that it was a winning dinner and very addictive. I didn’t think I was that hungry and then I couldn’t stop sneaking bites.
The secret to this dish’s flavor is the secret sauce (not really a secret). It’s got mayo, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, seasonings and some dill pickle juice. It is creamy, tangy and slightly sweet.
The other flavor and texture booster that I love in this dish is the crunchy diced dill pickle. The pickles just bring everything together.

I am commenting on the name of your recipe, which is good. It was named something different and you renamed it. I have a recipe keeper on my computer and the recipe was up there twice. I don’t know if you cataloged it differently or what, but I thought I would let you know. I use Paprika BTW and everything is automatic, but I decided to look it up using Cheeseburger In Paradise and couldn’t find it, so I saved it a second time. The recipe is delish tho.

I needed to comment on the name also because, I laughed so hard I almost snorted. Karen must be a Jimmy Buffet fan. I know I am.
