Today is the 11 year anniversary of when I started 365daysofcrockpot.com! Every year at this time I remember fondly how I started my blog with the outrageous goal of cooking in the slow cooker every day for a year and posting the recipes on the internet.

11 years later and this little corner on the internet has grown from maybe 100 hits a day to 100,000 hits a day! I’ve added Instant Pot recipes to my website and that has given me a whole new energy and excitement for cooking.
I love reading your comments about how you changed the mind of your picky husband and kids. I love hearing how you are learning to cook and eat at home more. It is my favorite when I post a recipe and you go and make it that night and share the picture with me.

Greg, my husband, who has been in the background has taken more of a role in creating and promoting the recipes in the past 2 years. You’ll notice him mostly on our 365 days of Instant Pot recipes facebook group.
My kids of course have grown up through this whole process. They were 3 and 6 months old when I started–not even in preschool.

Now they are 14 and 11 and next year will be in high school and junior high. They get weirded out anytime I’m making dinner without an Instant Pot or crockpot.

Reagan has done quite a few YouTube videos on how to cook in the Instant Pot.
And Skyler has become a trendsetter at his school bringing his mini-crockpot to school with him and now many 6th grade boys have joined in the fun.

What a fun journey of learning for me! I’ve learned so much and continue to learn every day. I so appreciate you being here and sharing my emails with your friends and family. In order to express my gratitude to you I’m giving a $100 Amazon gift card away. Please enter below! Good luck!

Congratulations on your anniversary!!! My name is Cynthia and I live in Westminster, Co. The Instant Pot has fast become my favorite kitchen tool thanks to all your recipes (and advice!) My most frequently used recipe is simply for freezer to table chicken breasts – for whatever I’ve chosen to make (at the last hour, of course). I started with the 8 quart Instant Pot (thank you Amazon Prime) but over the 18 months I used it, I noticed that so many of your recipes indicated that you had used a 6 quart unit. I told my husband that my friend Karen (she has a website called 365 Days) was hoping to receive an Instant Pot over the holidays. When I didn’t receive that same Instant Pot over the holidays, I mentioned to my husband that my friend Karen….apparently I mentioned my friend Karen so often that I now have a 6 quart Instant Pot (thanks for being there for me!!!) Again, congratulations on your anniversary and please keep those recipes and tips coming!!!
Aloha from April, who is lucky to live in Kalaheo, HI!
Congratulations on your 11 years of 365 Days. I only found you in 2018 and feel that I’m the winner when it comes to the benefits of your blog & experience! I went from practically hating planning & cooking meals to getting an IP for Christmas during COSTCO’S pre-Christmas 20 or 30 dollars off sale in the fall of 2018. I wasn’t happy with the 3 IP cookbooks I also got, and then I found you! I now have a 6 qt & an 8 qt IP & a new Mealthy Air Fryer. Now my printouts of your recipes have has had to go from a 2″ to a 3″ 3 ring binder. And planning & cooking are no longer unpleasant chores. Those IP cookbooks may have to be donated to the library to allow room for your recipes!
I print any recipe that looks like a keeper, and any hint that helps me & that I probably won’t remember next time I need it. And while I haven’t tried every recipe I’ve printed (yet) we do have favorites. The favorite so far is the Adobe Chicken for dinner, but the hard boiled eggs, corn on the cob, ranch mashed potatoes, and last night’s ham & bean soup are right up there. My next tryout will be something air fried.
Keep up the good work/recipes, and thank you for making cooking more fun & and dinner quick & tasty.
The instant pot ended a 25 year frustration with making hard boiled eggs. I have tried so many techniques for cooking eggs so the shells are ready to remove easily. The price I paid for my instant pot is easily worth it for just being able to cook perfect hard boiled eggs.
I make several of your soups, but my favorite non-soup has to be the Cajun sausage, green beans, potatoes, and mushrooms. Delicious. I’m from Lincoln, CA. Great site. 🙂
My name is Kat and I am from Chicago, IL.
I am a big crockpot fan and I really enjoyed your Slow Cooker Alabama Camp Stew…it is a strange but surprisingly yummy recipe.
I would luv to try out an Instant Pot and some of your other recipes!
Hi, congrats on 11 years! I’m Laura from San Jose, California. I love so many of your recipes but my absolute favorite is chicken spaghetti. Whenever any of my friends get an instant pot, it’s the first recipe I share with them. Thank you for helping to break down the barriers of cooking for me. It’s your blog and recipes that got me to actually use my instant pot and cook more than I was before. Cheers!
Just made Asiago Chicken. Yummy! It is the first time ever to try out my new Instant Pot Duo Plus. Works great! Can’t believe how tender the chicken came out! YUM!
Meredith/Mebane NC
I’m Michelle from Utah, and I love Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken!
Just got an instant pot and have used it 2 times so far, both times to make beef with potatoes and carrots. Tonight fixed a basic beef stew (which ended up with too little “stew” so was really chunks of beef with the vegetables) and I am loving it – especially now that I’ve figured out the saute feature. Rhonda from New Mexico :0)
Cannot get enough of making the broccoli cheese soup. Outstanding.
I love your website! Thanks so much for the wonderful recipes. I love to make hard boiled eggs, BBQ ribs, and shredded chicken. I look forward to the menu plan and trying out some new recipes.

Hi I’m Kathy, from Palm Springs, Ca. It’s 120+ degrees here in the summer and turning on the oven is just unheard of during the summers. I’m new to IP cooking but can’t wait to NOT turn on my oven this coming summer. I’m still new and learning the tips and tricks to successful pressure cooking but so far Spanish Rice and Spaghetti are my two “go to” meals. (Yes I can make a meal from just rice) 😊 However cooking a large quantity of eggs all together and have each one come out perfectly cooked and peeling them wasn’t an issue at all. I’m hooked and will never boil and egg again! Thanks for the great giveaway. Hope you pick me! 😉🤣🙋🏻♀️🙏🙏🙏

I’m on a tight budget but I can’t wait to get a few gadgets to make desserts and other stuff. I’m 60 years old and cooking on the insta pot and learning all these new recipes and spices are like I’m starting over cooking again.
Hi I’m Maria from Dayton NV and my favorite recipe is ‘upvote soup’ ☺
I love your recipes and that you include the calories at the end. I made your chili and will make it again and again.
My name is Cindy and I am from Osoyoos BC. I am new to instant pot cooking. I got mine as a Christmas 2019 gift . I am so excited. I have been making the best soup stocks and soups that I have ever made but so far my most favorite recipe is spaghetti sauce, such a hit with the family. I like cooking freezer meals for my family right now as i am getting ready to have two knee replacements and hip replacement all done this year. I am looking for new recipes everyday but I am going to need to buy another freezer soon with all meals I have planned.
My favorite recipe is chicken and rice. My husband and I love it!

I bought myself a pot right and left in the box for 3 months, deciding if I should keep it or not. Your site gave me courage (and the recipes) to pull it out, and I’ve had so much fun using it! I love it!
I only joined a few weeks ago and haven’t tried any recipes yet. The kids are all coming over Sunday for my Brandon’s 2nd birthday so I’m looking for a recioe to try.
I’m Frances from Vancouver Island BC. I bought my 8 qt IP over two years ago and soon after I bought a 6 qt. I discovered your website shortly after and now have a fat binder full of your recipes. My favourite go to is the lemon parmesan chicken. I also make Beef Pot Roast often. Amazing!! Today I printed your Asiago Chicken recipe you just sent. Karen is a household name here. Thanks so much for making Instant Pot cooking such fun.

Hi, I’m Julie from San Angelo, TX! My favorite recipe is the Instant Pot smoked sausage, green bean, and potatoes. It’s a family favorite now.
Hi, I am Bonnie from Hillsborough, NC. Honestly, there are way too many to choose from. The one I use the most is the ribs (hubby’s favorite). When I first bought my IP, my husband said Oh, you will use it for about three months then it will be under the counter with everything else. Well, let me tell you over a year later and it is not under the counter with everything else. What I love the most about the IP, is the versatility. You can do breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, desserts, etc. The list goes on.
Hi, I have many favorites…pot roast and ribs are tops! What I have been very excited about cooking in my Instant Pot is red beets. So much time is saved by using the IP for beets.
I appreciate all that is offered on your site and I’m always learning! Thank you.

Thank you!
Oh, come on! How can I choose my favorite recipe from all those you’ve shared? That’s like asking me to choose my favorite child! I talk about your blog with every one. Last week I was in a store shopping when an elderly man asked the clerk about the IPs available there. His wife had heard about them that morning at bridge and sent her hubby to the store for one when she returned home. As the clerk left, I asked him if he and wife used a computer, he said yes. I told him, “Get out your phone and take note: look up 365 Days of Instant Pot Recipes. It will teach you how to get started and offer lots of good tips and great recipes.”
OK, my even though I use the IP at least 3-5x week, my favorite recipe so far has been the Greek yogurt. Your gyro recipes and the sauce are to die for. Thanks for the inspiration!
Hi! I’m Amy in Texas. We’re fairly new to the instant pot world. So far my family’s favorite dishes are the BBQ beef, beef stroganoff and a lime chicken dish. I cannot wait to try a cheesecake, your greek yogurt!

LOVE my instant pot and it’s all because of your recipies! Thank you so much for this website and your tips and tricks:) The most often made recipe so far is the Mom’s pot roast. Great seasonings and awesome gravy! I don’t do the veggies in with the roast, and don’t add all the butter, just make a regular gravy with the sauce and make steamed veggies and mashed potatoes on the side. We love it!
Becky Rios, Forest Grove, Oregon

Now I use it at least 4 times a week and my family enjoys the food I make in it. Right now the Taco bowl with brown rice is our most made meal. Our most made meal will change with the seasons here in Idaho. Thank you for your wonderful recipes and videos!

I’d have to say our most cooked recipe is INSTANT POT GARLIC HERB PORK CHOPS

My wife and I love the instant pot mom’s pot roast. We have made it a dozen or more times and our friends enjoy it too!!
Since I took on some extra work my husband had to take on some of the dinner making responsibility. He found an Instapot on sale and hasn’t looked back! Our favourite meal is the butter chicken. Neither of my kids were particularly adventurous eaters but they loved it! We even made it for company and they were so impressed my friend bought herself an instapot and I sent her the link to the 365 website! Thanks so much!
Hello Karen,
I too am named Karen.
I have not tried too many recipes yet but am working on adding many more. My favorite so far besides just making hard boiled eggs is ribs. I have never been able to make good ribs until I tried with my IP. I am far from pro but I enjoy them.
Thank you for the giveaway and for all the great recipes. I hope to have many favorites.
Sincerely

I was lucky enough to receive an Instant Pot for Christmas from my sister who has one. She & her Family love theirs, and she knew I’d love one as well.
I’m still learning how to use my new IP, and love how the veggie stock (I save all of my veggie scraps in a baggie in the freezer) came out recently. As well as a chicken breast recipe I made the same day. Yum!
Congrats on 11 years!

I LOVE looking at all your recipes and have made several of them! My family has crazy working/school schedules so we have to coordinate who picks, who preps, and who starts dinner (1st one home). We’re not picky eaters but we’re pollo-pescetarian and adjust some recipes to fit. Your family is lovely and keep making good recipes to share…LOVE MY INSTANT POT!!

I have been using my Instant Pot for about a year now. My favorite recipe to cook with it is beef stew. I also like the fact that I can make a meal in a relatively short time when I have been away for the day. When I received it as a gift , I was terrified to use it, but your instructions have been so helpful. I also enjoy making simple desserts in it.
Debi from SW VA!
If I had to narrow it to just one it would be the instant pot Spaghetti! Love it!!!
Hi I’m Holly from Lyons on the Erie Canal in the beautiful Finger Lakes of NY. My absolute fav in the Instant Pot is the beef stew! I’ve been using my IP for close to a year and really love it. Our favorite dish at this time is the Sunday roast and several of the chicken recipes whose titles I don’t recall at the moment. Just ordered the bundt pan from Amazon and awaiting it’s arrival.
Look forward to your email daily for a new recipe to try, thank you so much for all your good advise.
Karoline from Florence, AZ. I was a fan when you just did crockpot recipes. Now, I’m LOVING all the Instant pot ones too. My favorites are the Mississippi Roast, and Egg Roll Bowls. Thank you for all you do!

Karen from Pittsburgh, PA
I am new to Instant Pot so have not made many recipes yet – however – your current video about how to use an instant pot was soooo helpful to me! Thanks so much!!
I am a single Mom. I heard the crockpot was a great way to dump and go plus forgiving on time that you could let it cook for a few hours longer and it still didn’t burn. Found this website which I liked how it was 1 day at a time. Great way to start with baby steps. Now I don’t have to measure and can just dump and go.
My most used recipe is the whole chicken. I get a frozen whole chicken, cook it up, shred it and use it for the many chicken recipes you have.
My favorite is the Hawaiian Chicken, less than 3 ingredients and I love pineapple.
I am all the way up in Alaska, crockpot helps bring warm smells and warmth up here 🙂
Hi Karen, I’m Bill M. from Trainer, PA. I’ve been using my Instant Pot for 3 years now. Have made a lot of recipes you email. I made risotto for the first time it was great. When it’s cold outside I like to make my Pulled pork and ribs. it’s so much easier for me after having 20 surgeries since 1995, its hard to stand too long. Thank you for giving me a chance to win an Amazon card. Have a Blessed Day.
I like to make your Café Rio knock off recipes, the beef or the chicken. I am from Utah… Hence the Cafe Rio love.
We love your recipe for IP Chicken and Vegetables. I use a lot of your recipes, however. This is a GREAT place to find something quick and delicious! When I got my IP I thought I’d never use it! HA! Now I use it at least 3 times a week. Thank you for helping me out!
I forgot to mention that I’m in Kentucky!
Hi. Steph from Miami and like the pot roast! Thanks
Happy anniversary! Desiree from Idaho Falls, ID. My family loves your 3 cheese mac and cheese.
I love watching for your emails and trying new recipes.
I’m Katie from Idaho Falls, ID. I’ve liked everything we’ve tried so far, but the latest that I’ve tried was the Shepard’s Pie Casserole. I have some more coming up on my menu plan.
Hi! I’m Marnie from Michigan! You are my only go-to for IP recipes. I’ve never had one that didn’t turn out. The one I’ve made the most often is probably the Lemon Butter Garlic Salmon, but lately, I’ve been obsessed with the Down Home Chili, so it will probably surpass the salmon soon! Thank you so much for all of your wonderful recipes!
I love the insta pot beef stew Recipe. It reminds me of my mother’s stew , but without all the work and time. I use this recipe often.
thanks
Hi Karen
You’re a great resource, thank you for your time in posting all IP info and recipes from everyone!
Right now I mostly concentrate on brown rice and wild rice. I love them both and it’s my healthy choice of food and the IP has been great in cooking it just right and fast. Of course I had my trials and errors in using it but that’s how you excel in utilizing the IP to your advantage and much more.
Now to just get my kids to like brown rice…
Thank you.
Regards
Kathy Park
My husband bought me an Instant Pot for Christmas 2018, just prior to the planned demolition of our DIY kitchen remodel. Thankfully, I was somewhat forced to learn about and use the Instant Pot almost daily for five months. I quickly learned to LOVE it. It is now one of favorite appliances with many go-to recipes saved in my personal Instant Pot cookbook and in Pinterest. From last summer’s bounty I made tomato sauce, plum jelly, plum chutney, applesauce…the Instant Pot got a workout!
My husband’s favorite is your recipe for pork ribs; they consistently turn out tender and flavorful! Also, thanks to your recommendation I always do hard boiled eggs in the Instant Pot now, too!
Hi Karen, I just got a Insta pot for Christmas. I have really enjoyed it. I have made chicken macaroni and cheese, pulled pork, and pot roast. I am looking forward to making so many more things. I am a senior living on Social Security so $100 gift card to Amazon to purchase things for my Insta pot would be wonderful. I hope you have a blessed day.
Got an instant pot for Christmas. I have made loaded baked potato soup twice since then. Delicious! I live alone but make a full recipe because I can freeze leftovers in single servings. Got a bad cough two weeks ago and had a craving for comfort food. Found it in my freezer…loaded baked potato soup. Its the best!
I’m from Arizona.
My family loves the Zuppa Toscana, which I’ve made quite often. We are from the San Diego area. I love your Instant Pot tips and recipes and refer to your site often when wanting to try something new.
My mother-in-law gave me an Instant Pot Ultra (6qt) a year ago, plus or minus. I LOVE IT! I’ve been printing out and keeping recipes and made my own cookbook. My husband is now a true believer. One of my favorite things was making tomato sauces last summer with my abundance of fresh Indiana tomatoes. So fun, rewarding, fresh and easy. I also help out at a food bank and when they have more produce than they can give away before it perishes I use my instant pot to cook produce and then freeze. My 25 yr old son also received one and uses several times a week to cook for his friends. (He got it from me, wink, wink) My favorite recipe that is always a hit is the Creamy Tuscan Chicken. So easy, fast and yummy. My mother in law is slightly intimidated by her instant pot so when we visited a few weeks ago, my son and I took turns cooking for her to show her how simple. He made fabulous ribs and I made the Tuscan Chicken. WIN! WIN!
I love your recipe for Swedish Meatballs!!! Whether or not I make the sauce….these are the easiest, most tasty meatballs, I make them often and freeze them. Then I can pop a few out and make meatball sandwiches or a pasta dish, or just finish the recipe and have Swedish.
I don’t have an instant pot, but I do use my slow cooker. I really like Easy Slow Cooker Spaghetti Sauce.
We loved your German Chocolate Bundt Cake! Congrats on your anniversary! Coming to you from Kansas!
I cannot pick a favorite, but you have made my Pinterest boards very happy with the recipes. I have enjoyed the Slow Cooker recipes for a while and now have an Instant Pot for those, too. Thank you for sharing recipes and detailed instructions with the community.
Im new to cooking & instant pot! Im excited to find my favorite recipe! Thank you for all of your help!
Lisa from St. Louis, Mo
I don’t have a favourite yet because I’ve enjoyed the few I’ve made, you make it look so easy and I will keep Instapotting!
Thank you
Hi! Marlene from New Jersey. I love the Green Enchilada Chicken Soup and Tuscan Chicken. Cannot leave out Mississippi Pot Roast! I always recommend your emails and Facebook group. Thank you!
At Thanksgiving I was looking for different recipes to go along with traditional ones. I tried Cheesy Creamed Corn and what a hit that was. I have tried several and I’m not sure I have a favorite one though.
Happy Anniversary, Karen! I like so many of the recipes, but I think Mom’s Goulash is a family favorite. I have no leftovers and it has been requested several times by several family members. When I first purchased my Instant Pot I was wary of using it. But thanks to you, no more! I use it for more meals than not now.
Linda from Indianapolis, IN
Have made a few of your dishes and real like making the Cilantro Lime Chicken Sliders, especially for this coming weekend football game. Warm salutations from sunny Tucson, Arizona.
I have been following you from the beginning! So happy to see recipes made Gluten Free as well.
I have graduated to the Insta Pot. Gluten free pasta comes out perfectly every time. At high altitude, it is the Only way I can cook pasta. I purchased one of your first 365 days of cooking cook books years ago. Gave it to a friend to borrow and never got it back! Lol I love all your ideas, some things I would never have thought up. Marci from Shawnee, Colorado.
I loved the Instant Pot Greek Chicken Rice Bowls… and have been playing of the concept every since!
Your my go to blog when I need a new idea or want to check out a technique.
Catherine from Florida. I just joined so no favorite recipe yet. So excited to try the whole chicken and pulled pork though. Thanks for allowing me to join.
Your website and numerous recipes got me out of the fear I had of the instant pot. I feel that the book that comes with the instant pot does not do the appliance justice. I have printed numerous recipes and your articles on troubleshooting and maintaining the instant pot. I made a three ring notebook with all of the instant pot info. I now use it several times a week. My favorite is cooking chicken for use in recipes calling for cooked chicken, ribs and roasts. Pulled pork is the bomb and so easy in the instant pot. And beans, so fast and so tender. I could go on and on.
I used to visit your website when you started way back when with the crockpot recipes. I retired and kind of got away from cooking in the crockpot and I was so excited when I found the website and recognized that you were the same blog that I used to go to for crockpot recipes! Congratulations on having staying power.
I make the Honey BBQ Chicken! It’s a big hit!
We like the pot roast. Living in the middle of Iowa, roast is a staple in our house.
I haven’t tried many of the recipes but, I save them. I did make the loaded potato soup and it was a huge hit! Being in Texas we don’t have many cold days! I love your blog!
I have had an Instant Pot for almost three months and have only used it as a slow cooker! The IP part scared me. Your videos have been EXTREMELY helpful to me, and I’m happy to say the IP doesn’t intimidate me nearly as much now. My favorite recipe is mac & cheese I’m going to try the rump roast very soon and tomorrow, I’m going to make boiled eggs. Please keep doing your videos. They are so, so very helpful! Thank you!
We found you in 2018 and just ran our 2019 numbers. We cut our food budget AND lost weight. Pretty nice “consequences”! Our most often made recipe is Instant Pot Ziti & Meatballs. I’m Hila and we live in Texas.
Hi Karen; Happy Anniversay – I am new to your blog – and enjoying it – I am also new to the instant pot world, 1 year and counting – i love it. My fav recipe of yours is the white bean soup. It has caused me to make bean soup all the time. I just change up the beans and the veggies for variety!
Thank you for cracking the code to the instant pot for me! I wasn’t sure where to begin. Once I found your website, I was hooked.
Current favorite recipe is Easy Instant Pot Jambalaya here in Montana.
My name is Pat and I have had my IP for 3 months. The first recipe I made was potato salad. So good and quick. I live in Reno NV and purchased IPs for my family for Christmas. They love them.
This is the most helpful, informative site for using the Instant Pot. It’s the one place I go to have my questions answered and get great recipes.
Instant Pot Thai Coconut Soup is my favorite!
Tim from Biloxi, Mississippi
I have tried multiple instant pot recipes. My family’s favorite is the chicken, bacon, avocado “salad” (also has eggs and tomatoes). I don’t know the official name but I’ve had to increase the quantities beyond the recipe to feed my family of 4 (of which 2 are teenage boys). Definite yum!
I watch all your videos and read your blogs. I have an instant pot but still not comfortable using it but I have made numerous of your slow cooker recipes – the latest was your cracked chicken recipe. YUM!
I like your chicken and rice soup, and your white chicken chili. Good soups are welcome during our up-and-down weather here in Kansas. Thanks for the giveaway! Lisa
Love the jambalaya. Comes out great every time

Hi Karen and all,
Robin from Northern California here. I’ve only been using your site for a couple of weeks now but we’ve already made the “IP Lemon Butter Garlic Salmon with Homestyle Vegetables” twice, first for us, then for friends. So easy and so delicious. The “IP Honey Lime Salsa Verde Chicken” was also amazing.
I can’t wait to try more, so I really enjoyed seeing everyone’s favorites above. Can’t wait for dinner!
Thanks so much for a chance to enter the contest 🙂
Johanne from Florida.
I love love love your website! I use it ALL of the time! Seriously! Also, in the past year, my grown daughter has developed an interest in cooking at home and also has made many of your recipes. Now, to choose my favorite is impossible! We love so many! Particularly the southwestern flavored recipes. But recently, the cabbage rolls have been a huge hit!
Thank you for providing such a great resource!
Love my instapot. Purchased the Instapot bible. My favorite recipe is Pork chops with creamy mushroom sauce and a side of garlic green beans. DELICIOUS! I just cannot wait to try every new recipe. Thank you Instapot!
Hi Karen,
I absolutely love your recipes! I use them at least 3-4 times/week. My favourites are the White Chicken Chilli, the Chicken and Dumplings and the Chicken and Tortellini Soup. They are all SOOOO yummy!

Happy Anniversary! Wow! I wasn’t aware these pots had been in use that long. There are so many recipes I’ve used, it’s hard to choose my favorite. I think the first I used might be the clicker that got me hooked. Garlic Chicken I think was the name of it. Your site is my go to when I’m searching for specific meat recipes, always user friendly, and It’s a tried and true recipe. Thanks for your dedication to schooling all of us Amateurs of the IP!

Hello from the snowy and cold midwest! I am obsessed with your creamy wild rice and chicken soup. This type of soup has always been one of my favorites, but this recipe nails an awesome flavor and quicker than any other I have ever made! Thank you and keep those recipes coming!
Instant pot 15 bean soup also cabbage roll casserole. My son got me my pot for x-mas I was afraid at 1st. Now I wonder how I raised 3 children without it. Learning as I go. Have a few things for my pot. Have lots more I want to get.
Good Morning from Chandler , AZ!
I just recently found this site and immediately shared it with my co-workers. We all received instant pots for Christmas. So we use your site to find recipes and tips. The recipe I used most is the 3 ingredient cobbler.
I like receiving the latest recipe and seeing if I can do it!
Thank you!
Lori
I have had my Instant Pot for over 2 years and cook with it constantly! I’m actually on my second one! Since discovering 365 I have tried so many recipes. At least twice a week I make recipes from here and now I am teaching (slowly) my husband and my friend how easy it is and have shared this site with so many. From Edmonton, Alberta.
Hi! Mine is “freezer meal instant pot ravioli lasagna” and I am Susan from CT. 😋
I am new to Instant Pot, but I love it! I have made the lasagna and it worked! I was amazed. But I think my favorite and most cooked, so far, is the beef stew. It looked so good that my husband, who didn’t really eat stew, tried it and has since requested it. Thank you!!!
Marissa from St Catharines, Ontario here. Part of your Canadian crew. My family can’t get enough of your slow cooker jambalaya. We spice it up to help combat the cold. Would love to see some more low carb recipes from you. Thanks for what you do.
Tuscan Chicken Pasta. Yum!
Any variety of spaghetti or pasta is what I do most! But so many yummy recipes to choose from. Sherri from Kansas.
Garlic Parmesan chicken is a favorite, but I made Alabama camp stew last night. Wonderful !! I got an IP to trial cooking for an extended cross country RV trip. Turns out the IP is now my favorite way to cook. THANK YOU!!!!
Hi Karen,
Greetings from the foothills of northern California. We’ve made lots of delicious recipes with the IP, but the most often made dish is creamy cabbage sausage soup.
Thank you for deliciously feeding all of us for 11 years. Looking forward to your next 11 years of crockpot and instant pot recipes.
My go-to fav is your Instant Pot Copy-Cat Zuppa Toscana. I admit, I made 4 other Pinterest recipes that weren’t quite as close to the original recipe. My fifth try was your recipe and it’s pinned to my KEEPERS board. Absolutely spot on and, in my opinion, better than the original. I made it last week for the 4th time this year. No one gets tired of eating this soup and they actually ask me if I’ll make another pot. So, so yum! Thank you!
Oops, we’re from Tampa, FL.
There hasn’t been a recipe of yours that my husband and I haven’t liked! Our favorites currently are the BBQ bacon meatloaf and the chicken sausage jambalaya. I’ve only been using the instant pot for about six months, so I’m looking forward to trying many more of your recipes! We are currently in the Atlanta, Ga area, but are looking to move to Florida in the near future.
My name is Christine and I’m from northern Wisconsin. It’s difficult to pick one favorite, as your site is a main-stay of our family menu! Everything is SO EASY to make and FLAVORFUL!!! We love all your recipes. One of our most requested for the slow cooker is Creamy and Skinny Taco Chili Soup; for the Instant Pot it’s a tie between Cheeseburger Soup and Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole (we’re from WI, we love cheese!). Thanks for all you do!
Love all your recipes but your chicken noodle soup is absolutely our favorite!
Keep those recipes coming!!

I use my insta pot several times a week. Love how fast I can have a good meal on the table with everyone’s schedules.
Hi Karen. Actually, one of my favorite recipes was a pasta recipe Greg posted a few months ago that my family loved. I also go to you for answers to most questions I may have on the Instant Pot. I love to make artichokes, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and so many other things with your help. I listen or read your reviews on accessories and always find them helpful. Thanks to you and Greg for putting so much time and effort into helping us get the most out of our Instant Pots.
Re: favorite Instant Pot Wild Rice And Chicken Soup forgot to mention I’m from Agoura Hills, Ca.
I love the recipe your daughter demo’s on YouTube – I recommend it to everyone I know who gets a new IP as it shows how straightforward the device is to use. You truly make cooking with the IP a fun adventure rather than a frightening experience (coz EVERYONE has a scary pressure cooker story, right? LOL!) You also answer every single question a person could ever have. Thank you so very much for your dedication. Blessings!

Sausage, potatoes and green beans is one of my many favourites. (I have so many) Even my grandson who doesn’t like green beans, loves this one. Marg G. from Ontario.
I was won over by your Instant Pot recipes and a new way of cooking when my daughter brought her Instant Pot to my house and prepared our weekly lunch/brunch meal. She made the Salisbury Steak, gravy, and mashed potatoes comfort food dinner. It was delicious! My picky eater husband loved it too. I am new to the Instant pot family of cooks but plan to make this delightful meal often. The food I have prepared on my own was delicious too. I have made beef stew and cabbage rolls, both dinners were outstanding. I’m almost eighty years old but, still, I’m learning new ways to cook with my Instant Pot.

Hard boiled eggs for ANYTHING. They are so easy to peel. I love my IP.
Definitely frozen chicken breast to shred for sandwiches.
Meatloaf for sure.
I am fairly new to this site but WOW!! My first dish was the Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Orzo and it is a new family staple recipe.
Thank you so much
Believe it or not my most made recipe in the Instant Pot is cold start yogurt. Prior to that it was chicken breasts for our beloved dog who had food allergies. With the IP I’ve actually tried recipes outside my comfort zone and my family has approved. Now I talk up the IP with friends and enjoy sharing recipes and ideas.
Sadly I have not been able to replace my instant pot and crock pot in almost a year. My family’s home tragically burned down last February 5th. We did enjoy the meatloaf recipe. It was a family fave. Ihave saved many records to try when the time comes. We have just gotten back into our NEW home this week, built on the same property. I’m working on rebuilding my small kitchen appliances slowly. I’m trying to decide which one should come first, crock pot or instant pot. Not sure if the instant pot with the crispers are worth it. Any ideas?
Instant Pot, for sure. Remember, it has the ability to slow cook. I used mine as a slow cooker last week for tortolenni, spinach, cream cheese, diced Italian-style tomatoes and it was wonderful.
The Instant Pot is a great appliance that can do just about anything. I was frightened of mine at first, but now I’m using it a lot. Everything tastes better than using a crock pot, at least to my taste buds.
Hoping your kitchen is being rebuilt to your satisfaction.
My daughter loved it and even ate leftovers the next day, which is unheard of for her. Will definitely make it again!
Oh our new fave is the crack chicken chili…doubled recipe and froze a large portion for later.

Our most used recipe is for pulled pork sandwiches. The family absolutely goes gaga over them and when they walk into the house and smell them, it’s like looking at Homer Simpson staring at donuts! 🙂 They can’t seem to get enough and it’s the most requested for game days or at big get togethers. Congratulations on 11 years and thank you for posting your recipes!
Many good recipes. Really like the ribs. Kathy from Lake Saint Louis, MO
Garlic Parmesan Chicken (in the Instant Pot) is the BEST. We have it way too often – it’s addictive. Congrats on 11 years – wow how time flies.
Congratulations! I love my instant pot it makes meal prep so much easier. I often cook chicken breasts, also love to make ribs in the IP and finish off in broiler, my kids love pasta so I also often make mac n cheese, spaghetti or fettuccini alfredo and I also cook dry beans and doesnt take hours to cook. The IP is a life changer and the countless of recipes that you can makr in it are great!
Hi Karen, what recipe don’t I love from 365 is the question! I’m on a mission to make every tried and true recipe here since I bought my IP last year and my friend turned me on to your site. Thank you for being here for us all!
HI Karen, Happy Anniversary!
I really enjoy your website and Facebook page. I’ve made a few of your recipes and enjoyed them. I find them easy to follow and I get good results. I am totally hooked on your recipe for Mashed Cauliflower. It’s so easy and yummy!
Keep the good recipes coming!
Gail from PA
Congratulations on 11 years! I really love so many of the Instant Pot recipe on your site. Right now we are loving the Chicken Tortilla soup.
Julie from Woodbury MInnesota.
I’m new to Instant Pot cooking, was gifted an IP by my daughter at Christmas. She loves hers and has shared her fav recipes with me – but I can count on your site to round out my file! I would love a filter for low carb searches! I do find the site difficult to navigate from my iphone, lots of lock ups, pauses scrolling, some I can blame slow internet service, but that’s my only issue. My fav part of IP cooking is the quick cooking & tender meats!!! Thanks for all the great recipesand and tips from your readers! Hope I win the gift card so I can buy accessories!
It’s not much right now and pretty boring. My favorite to make right now is boneless skinless chicken breasts. They are for both of my dogs, who are very sick and dying. This is just about the only thing I can get them to eat. It’s too painful for them to eat dry food and they won’t eat they’re prescription wet food. The IP is especially helpful for cooking from frozen. It gives me more time for my two darlings.
It should read “their” prescription food, not “they’re” prescription food. Auto correct.
Congratulations!!! My favorite recipe has been Frito Pie chili. I love to get your recipes—many great ones.
Linda from Mason, Michigan
Congratulations on your 11th Anniversary. Thanks for the opportunity to win the Amazon Card. The Mississippi Roast (without packets) hands down! Love it’s tanginess.
It’s not really a recipe, but the coolest thing I learned was how to make hard boiled eggs in my instant pot!

Hi, I received an Insta Pot for Christmas a gift from my adult son. It didn’t come with a recipe book. I did not how to use it.
I went on line to your site and have been reading and loving all your recipes and appreciate all your methods and variations to adapt to what my family loves to eat. Thank you so much for everything your knowledge has given me the confidence to cook with my brand new Insta Pot.

Giuseppe Baronio from Italy
I love anything with chicken.
My very favorite recipe is Instant pot tortellini soup with parmesan, chicken sausage and mushrooms. It’s so easy & a real crowd favorite. Plus it reheats deliciously!
A million thanks for all your recipes!! I had never had chicken adobo (and I first thought it had peppers!), and now we eat it two or three times a month. That’s a big deal because we live in farm country… Del Norte County, CA, home of the Alexandre Family Farms! I’m pretty sure I could make anything-adobo and Hubby and friends would go nuts… Congrats on 11 years!! Diane (the Happy) in California’s Rainforest.
I love the country sausage boil even in the winter. Green beans and potatoes cooked together are yummy in itself but the sausage and corn on the cob make a great meal!
Spagetti in a pot!!! Hate making it any other way now!!
Here in the sunny City of Orange, in The OC, Southern California. Seriously, it’s going to be 80 degrees here on Saturday, February 1st 😒
Happy anniversary! My favorite recipe is the Chicken Taco Soup. I have to make that at least twice a month, and I freeze leftovers if there are any to take to work with me for lunches.
Oh and I’m from Lubbock, TX.
Hi! I recently got my Instant Pot, and I love it. I’m a 65 yo widow, disabled with MS, so being able to cook things quickly really helps me. My first thing I made was meatloaf and mashed potatoes, one of my favorites. I’ve also done chicken different ways, steak that comes out super tender, rice, cauliflower, spaghetti, and stuffed peppers to name a few. My only complaint is the silicone ring. It leaves a plastic-like strong smell on the food. Now, it smells like the food I’ve made. I’ve tried washing in dish soap, vinegar, and nothing works. I do have an extra ring, but it smells the same. Any suggestions??
I just got my IP and haven’t done any duplicate recipes yet but I’m having fun making new recipes..
Christine

I loved the pot roast recipe. It’s so tender. My husband & I try to make this as much as our budget will allow!
Our most often made recipe of yours is the fiesta lime chicken. My 3 picky boys give it a thumbs up. Thank you for making dinner easier!

Cabbage Roll casserole

Sharpsburg, GA
I save most of your recipes and make them often. I personally like the New England clam chowder as one of my favorites. I make your soups 2-3 times a week as we like to keep our overall calorie count within reason.
11 years?! How does that happen, eh? And how did you and Greg manage to skip aging when the kids have clearly grown up so much?! 😁
Congrats on the decade plus one so well spent, Karen. What a huge labour of love that you’ve committed to..and so generously shared with all of us. I can’t begin to thank you enough for the daily Instant Pot inspiration. You took away the initial ‘strange scary machine’ intimidation factor and made the IP my invaluable kitchen “friend.”
Favorite recipes – where to start? I know that every recipe that you craft and post can be counted on to work, Karen. Some beloved ones that spring to mind right now….hmmm…
– Parmesan sausage Kale soup (Reagan’s right – it’s gorgeous)
– Cabbage roll casserole (requested for second helpings and to “make again” by the initially cabbage cautious)
– Susage lentil rice soup (just shared the slow cooker version with my mom after she’d enjoyed mine from the IP)
So many great recipes, Karen, and you have such a gift for making the Instant Pot an approachable and invaluable tool. It’s friend not foe because of you. That’s why whenever anyone I know gets an IP (and a ‘deer in the headlights’ look in their eyes), I tell them to come to your site and sign up for your newsletter.
Again, big thanks from me and my clan north of the border here in beautiful Vancouver.
Whoops!

I have to agree with the Seasoned Shredded Chicken. I live in central Washington. Thanks for all you do and for the giveaway.
Happy 11th year and thank you so much for all of your great recipes and important tips. Lately besides hard boiled eggs, I seem to be making the Pioneer Pasta as it was a big hit with everyone, especially our grandkids!!!
Whats not to love about Instant Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken. So saucy, so tasty. So many others I want to try. Thanks for sharing.

Today was multiple batches and flavors of egg bites. First attempt at freezing them, so we will see how that works out.
I am rather nomad, however California is where I where I call home.
My name is Kim…my very 1st time using my IP was your recipe for pulled pork. I was so surprised at how easy it was and how tasty it came out! The family loved it .Since then i always watch your video’s b/c i find it easier then just reading a recipe. You have a way of talking that makes it easy to listen to and follow! Thanks for your help.
Happy Anniversary. IP yogurt had changed my life…love it.
Hi, I am Jane from Ontario, Canada. My absolute favorite recipe is for greek yogurt. I eat it every morning with a piece of fruit for breakfast. This has been going on for over a year now so I think it’s habit now. I am really enjoying the process of learning to use my pot for different things other than pasta and soups. Thanks for the recipes!~

Congrats on 11 years!! I can certainly see why you’ve made it this long! I just bought my instant pot for Black Friday and I’m in love! Then I found your website! I have since turned EVERYONE, including the President of my company, onto your website! As I told them, there’s not one recipe I made that me and my family didn’t like!! There’s several I make weekly because we LOVE them. The bacon Mac and Cheese, the Cheesy Sausage abd Potatoes, and the Loaded Potato Soup to name a few. If I had to pick a favorite, and it’s difficult, it would be the CHEESY, SAUSAGE and POTATOES!!
Thanks for doing what you do!!

HI, I just discovered you a few days ago so i don’t have a favorite recipe. But i am asking for one this evening. I am looking for a great beef soup for the Instant Pot. I have a soup bone someone gave me from their purchase of half of a beef, of course frozen. All recipes for soup bone are how to make broth. I will pressure the bone and then want to make soup, also in the Instant Pot. I am Kathleen from Logan. thanks.
Hi! From Erie, Pa Michelle…and I love the Tortellini soup in my IP.

I love making the tortellini soup. Next runner up is of course the Lasagna soup. The yogurt is in the future plans as well….oh! and the very next one will be proofing homemade breads! Now that will excite me to probably pee my pants!
I have to tell you, every time I go to the store I manage to connnect with someone looking to buy a slow cooker type appliance. I always manage to talk them into buying the Instant Pot. To see how excited and happy those people get really makes my day with all the excitement I throw into convincing them what a great thing to have and work/play with! I so dearly love my INSTANT POT! Best of luck for many more years to you for helping us all…… Irena
From state of Washington!
This is Jim F. and my favorite, and most often cooked recipe is the Italian Tortellini Soup. Outstanding!
Have just started out with insta pot and you are my go to guru. My daughter talked me into one and now when ever I cook one of your recipes I send it to her. She has a farm and uses rabbit instead of chicken in many of the recipes. I started a binder just for insta pot recipes and guess who all the recipes are from? You of course. You make a newbie to this not be afraid. Thank you.
I just got my Instant Pot for Christmas so I can’t say i have a favorite recipe yet but I’m loving learning from everyone and having great fun trying new recipes. I am from Comfort, Texas
We prepare the andouille sausage, green beans, and potatoes dish on a weekly basis. Everybody loves it, and it has become our go-to dish for company, busy nights, or when we’re not in the mood to cook. We’ve substituted frozen green beans for fresh, and always have a few bags in the freezer along with several packages of andouille sausage. The meal can be prepared quickly with a trip to the freezer instead of the grocery store.
Kim from Everson, Washington

I remember thinking you were crazy to use the slow cooker every day for 365 days. But you kept with it, and even posted some uses that were NOT food. I made Taco Soup after you raved about how your family loved yours. I still make it about once a year.
Now that I’m retired I need to pinch pennies with greater frequency. The instant pot helps with that. I made your Ranch Chicken Taco Rice two days ago. It’s a keeper. Thanks for being relentless!
Anne from Roanoke, VA. My husband is a real beef eater but hasn’t been happy with how the beef turns out when he cooks it. For our anniversary, I bought a nice chuck roast and cooked the Instant pot Mom’s pot roast. Beef was tender and he loved it, that’s how he gets his beef now. He’s amazed at how quickly meals cook in the instant pot.
Congratulations Karen! I love your recipes. My most often made Instant Pot recipe is the yogurt – I made it every couple of weeks. Hard boiled eggs are probably the second most made item. I have made many of your other recipes and enjoy experimenting. Thank you for all you do to help us make good use of our instant pots and slow cookers!
Second recipe I did in my instant pot was your Honey bar-b-que chicken wings. They were a big hit!
forgot to say where I am from, Martinez, Ca

We love the Louisiana Easy Instant Pot Jambalaya.

I am what you would call a plain basic cook. My husband will not eat anything spicy so I have limited recipes I can fix. We both love baby back ribs though so I have been fixing them in the Instant Pot and we love them. Brown the frozen ribs and approximately 40 minutes later we have fall off the bone ribs! My other favorite use is boiling eggs! When ever we attend a potluck everybody wants my deviled eggs so the Instant Pot is a lifesaver and time saver! Love It!!!
Thank you for your recipes. While i can’t use all of them, you give me some good ideas.
Counts on 11 yrs. Love your meatloaf.
Congratulations on 11 years. I am so loving this site. I have printed off so many of these recipes and it is so hard to pick my favorite. I think the best one is the meat loaf. I’m from Merrifield, Minneasota. Thank you so much for being here.

I always dreaded making ribs (even though we like them so much) because it took forever.
Not any more.

Congratulations on competing 11 years! I love the vegetable soup! Thank you!
Was not aware that you have been blogger for this long. Only been a IP user for a little over a year. I have made several things in my IP starting with hard boiled eggs, which I will never boil another eggs, mac and cheese which my husband absolutely loves, baked potatoes, will probably never cook in the oven again, microwave maybe. The best so far has been chicken noodle soup which was absolutely delicious. Had green beans for Christmas that were cooked in the IP for 2 minutes served with cooked bacon and a little bit of butter and my brother in law was astounded. Looking forward to making many more receipes.
Congratulations on your anniversary and thank you for all the wonderful recipes! My name is Lynda and I am from Ontario, Canada. I found your website a year ago when I purchased my Instant Pot and was looking for ideas. I just got started on this journey. My family loves the goulash.
Congratulations on 11 years of success!
I cook Boiled eggs most often, I think.

I am a newbie but have made creamy tortellini soup the most. I am in Massachusetts and am so great full to have such quick, easy, and delicious recipes because being a working mom to 2 toddlers is hard enough! Thank you and congratulations to 11 years!
This is Jan from Seminole, Florida. Congrats on your anniversary. I’ve recommended your site to so many friends and relatives because all the recipes I’ve tried have been great and easy. Just this month, I needed to make soup and sandwiches for 20 people at an RV rally. Rather than transport a big pot of soup, I usually mix up cheese and potato soup mixes upon arrival. Just before we left for the rally, I found your Instant Pot Yellow Baked Potatoes in my email. I cooked up some real potatoes beforehand using this ever so easy recipe and brought them with me. Once i mixed up the soup, peeling and dicing those potatoes was a cinch. Everyone thought the soup was totally homemade because of that addition. It got gobbled down and I received rave reviews. Thanks for always making meals delicious and simple. Your hard-boiled egg recipe has never failed to peel easily. Best looking eggs I’ve had in years.
Judy,,Grant, MI
We have enjoyed every recipe we have tried. One of our favorites is smoked sausage, green beans and potatoes. I love it for potatoes and eggs for potato salad, or just doing hard cooked eggs. I have been using a 6 quart, but I asked for and got a 3 quart for Christmas. I have been testing the recipes we like to see how they need to be adjusted. The 3 quart will go with us in the motor home.
Ribs. I just started using my pot and we love how quick and easy it is to make dinner.
I just got my instant pot for Christmas and can’t wait to do the ribs. I made Chili and it was wonderful. I needs to buy some new pieces to use in my instant pot. Tomorrow I’m making a butternut squash soup. I bought everything I need to make it. I found some very good recipes on your posts and can’t wait to try a few of them. Thank you for sending these as I didn’t know what to do in it before.

Wow 11 years!! That’s awesome. I’m so glad I’ve found this site and come here often for recipes. One of my favorites is the goulash. Made it again last night.
Patsy is my name and Woodburn, Oregon is where I call home. My go-to site, you are it. I love your recipes. The one I made the most is IP Pork Loin and Vegetables. It is so yum! I buy my ingredients from Costco and the best tip ever was freezing the big bags of spinach and their bacon bits. Wonderful in my omelettes and whatever I can sneak bacon into. Thanks for the past 11 years, hoping for 11 more 🙂
Hi Karen, It’s Karen here from Cooper City Florida, I am a very busy wife who works all the time. I found your enchiladas soup recipe last week and made it for my Husband. I make something from your website at least 1-2 times a week. It makes sense, why dig and reinvent a recipe when your are consistently good. Tortellini soup and loaded baked potato soup get made frequently. I am out of a lil” town in Wenatchee Washington.
Seems I’m a tad late to the “club”! Congrats on 11 years, amazing! I’m still a bit of a newbie, and I’m not sure if you consider this a recipe, but the best thing you’ve taught me is how to cook frozen chicken breasts in the IP! Hands down, the one thing I seem to cook the most out of everything you’ve posted. I’m still learning the “basics”…thank you for teaching so many how to cook with an Instant Pot, and a Slow Cooker.
Kristi from Willard Utah. I make many of your recipes but my family regularly requests Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Chili. Congrats on your anniversary! I recommend your recipes all the time. I recently fixed your Korean Beef Tacos. They were a huge hit!

My kids love the Ziti and meatball recipe. I use your website all the time for ideas , thanks for putting out great content! All the way from Newfoundland, Canada.
Carol from Bloomington, MN and I just found your site and I am thrilled. Your recipes are delicious, fast and ingredients we all have in our kitchens. Love the hints you provide plus the videos. Congratulation on 11 years of 365 day instant Pot recipes. I’m new to your site as of December 2019. I have truly enjoyed the recipes and information on the most asked Instant Pot questions. I would say the best information and most often used would be boiling eggs in the instant pot. It was a life savor when it comes to peeling eggs. Yay!!! also, I was surprise to be able to steam vegetables at 0 mins and them not to be under cooked or be mushy.
Thank you for all your time and effort making all our lives easier with the instant pot!! ;D

Hi Karen, I’m 77 yrs. old and thought I’d seen every thing, then you came along and really opened my eyes. Pot roast is probably our favorite,,cheap meat that comes out amazing..a match made in heaven for an old broad on a fixed income. The ease of making mushroom risotto makes that a staple in our house too. When I asked about the Instant Pot, my niece said “it’s nice but there is definitely a learning curve”. I guess I’m the old dog who can learn new tricks because, thanks to you, I’m an Instant Pot whiz who fears no recipe.
I’m Carole from California and I appreciate you daily.
I’ve made many of your IP recipes! Our favorite is the No Packets Mississippi Pot Roast. We love to put this on toasted crusty rolls and dip in the yummy au jus.
I went out on a limb to make your Beef and Barley Soup, because 1) my hubby is not totally into soup and 2) he didn’t know what barley was, but he loves it and so do our kids and grands. Now, please, tell us more about a mini crockpot and how your son uses it. I’m intrigued.

Happy Anniversary! I think our favorite is instant pot bruschetta instant pasta. Always delicious!
I’m still in the learning process so I don’t have a favorite yet. I try something different everytime I cook! Love reading the narrative on all the recipes gleaning any knowledge I can. Thank you so much for making this a smoother journey. Plus, I’m teaching my coworkers as I learn new things and pictures of what I’ve cooked.

Bought an InstaPot for my daughter and her husband for Christmas this year and while wrapping it up I thought I needed one too! Best decision I ever made! I love making everything in it to be honest, but the one recipe that really stands out as a big winner is the Cheeseburger Soup. Talk about comfort food! SO hearty and the pickles are the perfect finishing touch. So easy, quick, simple and delicious. Never any leftovers though. Everyone loves it.
Me too – I forgot to say where I’m from as well. Walworth, Wisconsin.
And I forgot to say where I am from – Tulsa Oklahoma!

Hi. Carol from the Atlanta area. I have been using my IP for probably 4 years and only recently in the last 6 months came across your site and have been pinning your recipes like crazy and adding them to my PlanToEat site for easy access. One of my favorites so far is the chicken thighs done with the Mealthy CrispLid. I am new to using the Mealthy and can’t wait to try more of your recipes.

I love making the IP Dijon chicken here in Lehigh Acres, Florida. anna
Honey BBQ Chicken my family requests it at least once a week.
Hello from Chi-town!! My husband bought me my 6qt Instant Pot for Christmas (after I dropped some not-so-subtle hints). It took me a few weeks to start using it because I did research and read posts and recipes. Since then, our favorite recipe was one I created myself which is for Country Style Pork Ribs. They are melt-in-your-mouth tender without sliding of the bone! The secret is apple juice!
The IP is also beneficial to my physical health because I am disabled and cannot stand for too long – standing at the stove causes me great discomfort.
However, because of the IP, my husband learned how to cook and now we hardly ever order out for food anymore….we were eating out 3-4 times a week.
The IP, the recipes, the IP groups have all changed the way we eat in my house…and I don’t have to stand over a stove as much anymore!
Hi! I love your recipes and enjoy getting your emails; always something fun and delicious to try!
My family’s favorite is the Chicken Lo Mein

Happy Anniversary from Canada! ! It’s so hard to pick just one recipe. Beef stroganoff, grandma’s sunday roast or salsa chicken to name a few. I’m going to try porcupine meatballs soon!
I’m a fairly new reader but have tried at least one recipe every week. All good – and no failures – but the favorite is the Garlic Parmesan Chicken. Can’t wait to make it again. Thanks for all the great recipes and tips.
First, your daughter’s presentation is adorable and so professional! I recently found you, thus, I cannot tell you or post a photo of what I’ve made from your site. We’ve recently moved to Coos Bay, Oregon; I’m lucky enough to have found you! 😉
I have been using an instant pot for for about a year. When I first started, I was looking for recipes and your blog just hit the spot. I have a chronic illness and many days did not feel like tending to a long, drawn out meal prep. I just knew this was the solution! I have recommended your blog to all of my family and friends that got instant pots after me. Thanks for keeping them coming.
My husband loves Mexican food and really needed to loose weight. In came the I Forgot to Defrost Taco Bake. This has become my go to in a pinch. I have doctored it to make it suit our preferences. He will eat it every week if I would make it and I pack it full of vegetables. He’s down 30 lbs! Thank you so much. (I do need to add a plug for the 3 ingredient Chicken tacos. It helped a lot too!)
Don’t have an instant pot so went over to my brother’s house and we tried some recipes. We both loved the chicken & dumplings! Just like Mom’s. He loves our special cooking visits and so do I.
Happy Anniversary!! I love the instant pot. My favorite thing to make in it is the Chicken and Gnocchi Soup…yum!! My name is Brittany and I am from Pennsylvania.

I have just got my instapot back from my son. He wanted to try it out and he kept it longer than I anticipated.
However I got to try brown rice, which turned out perfectly cooked. So I tried to boil eggs and that worked well. I am on the path now and will forge ahead.
Hi! My name is Raven, and I am from Richmond, Virginia. I am a young adult who just started living on her own 4 months ago. I asked my parents for an instant pot for Christmas so I could figure out new ways to cook at home after work. After getting it, I realized I had no idea how to cook with it. So after researching for hours on beginner friendly recipes, I came across your website. My first recipe was the honey lime salsa verde chicken. I completely fell in love and I rave about it to everyone I know!! I immediately subscribed to your recipe emails and it has been a game changer for me. I love trying your new recipes which I try at least twice or three times a week when resources and time allows. Thank you sooo much for creating this because I was totally lost before finding your recipes/website.
P.S. you have a beautiful family!
new to the instant pot world; just starting to try receipes
Just recieve my first instant pot at xmas this past year! I love it. Except for a few over cooked veges, everything I’ve tried has worked out beautifully, thanks to you and few others on YouTube. I had nowhere to start, knew nothing of pressure cooking at all. I would has to say cooking potatoes is what I have done on an going bases..(make double baked and smashed are favorites that we would rarely do because of length of time it takes). I’m still new to this and as I said every recipe has turned out great, so cant say a favorite yet! I’m cooking way more than I have in the last few years, which is great! I’ve made beef stew, mongolian beef, chilli, ginger garlic beef, rice, potatoes, soups, bread, rolls(cooked in oven though).
Congrats on 11 yrs! Thank you so much for all the help you’ve given me, and your inspiration has pushed me back into the kitchen! And I’m loving it and so is family!
Robin
New to instant pot and live the ideas. Maybe I just haven’t seen this yet but I would love to see more on how to prep early in the week to be able to just ‘toss in’ right away after work. This would save time between work and shuffling kids around. 🙂
most often Is chili and anything with cabbage. I am from North Bay Ontario Canada
I love your soups – all of them. Thank you for guiding me in my Instant Pot journey. Karen Anderson Frisco, Texas
Hi! I’m Ashlee from Ohio, and it’s honestly a tie between the instant pot chicken and mashed potatoes and the instant pot BBQ meatloaf with mashed potatoes! Both are sooo good! My husband isn’t a big fan of meatloaf, but when I make this (on a monthly rotation) he’ll have seconds!
Also, thank you for all the work you do testing out and making recipes so I don’t have to! 😂
I also use many of your recipes. My husband and I love your Hawaiian Chicken and the Creamy Ranch Chicken. Wendy from Connecticut
Hello,I just joined. Haven’t made any of the recipes yet but I have looked around. So many good choices.

Congratulations Karen on your 11 years!! I so appreciate ALL of the time that you have taken to share your recipes with us and because of your step-by-step instructions have made it easier! I had no idea the Instant Pot has been around so long! Where HAVE I been?
I’m new to IP cooking. I received a bum 6 quart IP as a Christmas gift but lucked out when I finally received an 8 quart to replace it!
I now enjoy cooking again (WooHoo) and I am amazed at the length of time it takes to prepare a meal and how delicious they turn out!!! I used to cook once a week, if that. Now I do 2 -3 times but the most important point is is that I enjoy doing it!
I’ve made your Chicken Lemon Orzo Soup, to my hubby’s delight, and I’ve made your Smoked Sausage Green Beans and Potatoes twice! It is fantastic and my family agrees!!. I have printed MANY of your recipes, placed them in a folder to use for my future meals.
Keep up the great work and don’t quit no because, I’m just getting started! : }
Hi! My name is Jayme and I’m a fellow Utahn (Lehi). I share your website with all of my friends who are looking for what to make in their Instant Pot. I tell them that you have real recipes with normal ingredients that real kids and husbands will eat! Honestly, I have tried almost all of your recipes so it is hard to come up with my favorite but my daughter absolutely loves your regular macaroni and cheese (it is really good so I can’t blame her!). Thank you for all of the wonderful recipes!!
I stumbled upon your site several years ago, and it is my favorite quote to go to“ spot when looking for a good recipe. I’ve made numerous recipes of yours over and over, and it’s hard to settle on just one of my favorites… Your soups are phenomenaI, as are your chicken recipes. I am the proud owner of four crockpots and the new owner of an instant pot. Thanks for all of your outstanding recipes, and I hope I win! ❤️
I love receiving IP recipes from you and that motivates me to give your recipe a whirl. It also motivates me to keep my IP in active use instead of just sitting on the shelf. Thanks for all you do for us!
I’m Janis from Missouri. It’s hard to pin down just one single favorite, but I’ll start with “Cheater Lasagna”. And let’s not forget the boiled eggs!! I love many of your recipes and use my instant pot several days a week and the leftovers a couple times a week too. I enjoy receiving your emails with more recipes to try. Please keep them coming!!
Nothing says winter comfort like your recipe for slow cooker baked potato soup. It is a bit like being wrapped up in a quilt my grandmother made.

A bit over a year ago, down on my hands and k red washing the kitchen floor and kept getting out of breath, which didn’t seem right, so I saw my primary. Thank goodness I went when I did because after several tests, I ended having quadruple coronary artery bypass surgery a month later. Fortunately, I had surgery in time, as my surgeon told me I was close to having a massive heart attack. Since then we eat no red meat and only fresh home-prepared foods. Your pumpkin pie steel cut oatmeal has become our go to breakfast since I found the recipe! Thanks for so many healthy recipes for both my crockpot and quick cooker!
Hello
Cilantro lime chicken sliders. Yum!!
I love all of your recipes. I read every one of your emails and save the recipes in a folder. I like all of your chicken recipes. I make yogurt, steel cut oatmeal( with coconut milk) And lots of soups.

We are a total soup family. Your recipes have been a lifesaver. 10 veggie soup is soup-er and I am thrilled to have found your site. Lynne…..Auburn, Ca
Something simple like easy to peel hard boiled eggs has so improved my attitude. Can’t tell you how many eggs I’ve thrown away in sheer frustration because half the egg would come off with the peel before using my instant pot.
Hi there. Love this site. Thanks for sharing all your amazing recipes and ideas with us and congrats on your 11th year anniversary.
The recipe I make most with my 6 qt I post – so far – is pot roast dinner. Your recipe is so good and I have even made it for guests and they also LOVE it. The beef is ALWAYS so tender and veggies done perfectly. I also have tried frozen to table chicken meals and they’ve turned out well too.
I’ve referred your site to a few of my friends that have recently purchased their pots and they’re happy with all their info as well.
Anyway I could go on but again congratulations and you have a beautiful family. CREATE a fantastic day.
I use my Instant Pot a lot. I am a single person who has retired from Jackson Wyoming, to beautiful, warm and colorful Tequila Country in Mexico. If I win, I promise to buy a new 6 or 8 quart pot from Amazon. I now have three quart, but when feeding others, it isn’t quite large enough to to the job for more than two. My most used r
