What Pressure Cooker Do You Use?
I use a 6 quart Instant Pot Duo 60 7 in 1*. I love this Instant Pot because it has the yogurt making function which I use almost weekly. It has two pressure settings (high and low), and there are also little slots in the handles so that you can rest the lid there instead of putting it down on your counter-top.

I see so many recipes for instant pot with pressure cooker, how can I adjust for my IQ auto cooking system??
the book that comes with the pot has many recipes of things my family will not eat. Looking for every day quick normal foods. thank you for your attention
I am such a big fan. The Garlic Parmesan Chicken is, so far, my absolute favourite but your Loaded Baked Potatoe Soup sure did my bell. Thank you.
Thank you so much! I am glad you are here!
Hi Karen,
You know I’m a big fan, and have made so many of your recipes, including several on this year’s list. My fave from the list is the potato soup, it’s so easy and comforting. And it wouldn’t be Christmas at our house if I hadn’t made sausage gravy for breakfast on Christmas day. I’m glad it made the honorable mention list!
I hope your family has been enjoying a very happy holiday season!
Thanks you are the best! I’m so glad you are here.
HaHa once more I never seem to do or get what others do, including not voting for that lying stupid brat who remains Prime Minister over here. Ah well how can so many people be so wrong :-D. Must admit I tend towards SlowCooker things minimal reliance upon the Pressure Cooker side of things.
Fact is I cannot thing of what of yours I liked (most :-)) but I have you and Six Sisters as my go to people. I do not consider the each of you competition simply giving me a bigger library to browse.
Theres a Chicken and Veg and a Sausage thing which look interesting.
Many thanks to you for all of your work this last year. Happy for you in 2020. See this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izQB2-Kmiic

An idea for Garlic Parmesan Chicken leftovers, is to make an Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi soup afterwards!
Yum yum!
I love the six sisters too!
