Well I’m not calling you a dummy but sometimes you just want to make dinner without having to think. Here are 5 EASY crockpot recipes that will help you get dinner on the table this week.
Chili Sauce-Grape Jelly Meatballs–grape jelly, chili sauce and frozen meatballs
Slow Cooker Turkey and Mushrooms–ground turkey, mushrooms and gravy mix
Green Salsa Chicken–chicken, tomatillo salsa and cream of chicken soup
Cream Cheese Chicken Sandwiches–chicken, chili sauce, apricot preserves and cream cheese
Slow Cooker Pesto Chicken and Mushrooms–chicken, pesto sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella

I haven’t used my slow cooker in AGES——my ninety five cookbooks (really–but only six are slow-cooker ones) are SO over used —–BUT I am trying those meatballs VERY soon!!
