Slow Cooker Salisbury Meatballs–easy comfort food! Easy to make homemade meatballs in a brown gravy made in your crockpot.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Meatballs
I loved this recipe because the slow cooker does all the work. The meatballs cook low and slow and can stay on the warm setting for up to two hours, which is perfect if people are eating at different times. The gravy thickens on its own (no cornstarch needed), the meatballs are perfectly seasoned, and that little bit of ketchup balances out the saltiness just right. This is an easy, throw-it-together dinner that everyone happily eats it. Try this one out this week!
Ingredients/Substitution Ideas
- Water
- Brown Gravy Packet–I used McCormick’s brand
- Ketchup
- Lean Ground Beef–or ground turkey
- Panko–or bread crumbs
- Egg
- Ketchup
- Yellow–or Brown Mustard
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic Salt
- Black Pepper
- Onion Powder
