Creamy Tuscan Chicken Soup
This soup totally hit the spot! We all loved this comforting, savory soup. The sundried tomato pesto and parmesan add so much flavor. It’s like chicken noodle soup’s fancy Italian cousin. We had just gotten home from Costco so I used some of the rotisserie chicken we bought in the soup. It made it so fast and easy to make, especially since it has a 1 minute pressure cooking time. Switch up your normal chicken soup for this one instead! I think you’ll love it.
