Makes 4-6 servings
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
1 (13.75 oz) can tomato soup
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
Hot cooked spaghetti or other pasta
1. Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker.
2. In a bowl combine the soup, paste, seasoning, garlic powder, garlic salt, and bread crumbs. Spoon the thick mixture over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
4. Serve chicken and sauce over spaghetti.

Totally easy recipe. Mixing the bread crumbs in with everything else saves time. I’ve definitely made better chicken dishes that are similar to this one but this one is probably the fastest and easiest. 3 1/2 stars
