Suzie’s Casserole–an easy Instant Pot dump and go dinner with chicken, rice, Rotel, sour cream and cheese.

Suzie’s Casserole
This is such an easy and tasty recipe! I love dump and go dinners in my Instant Pot. You can be eating dinner in less than 30 minutes from start to finish with this easy chicken and rice dinner. It’s got good flavor thanks to seasonings like cumin, chili powder and garlic powder and the can of Rotel tomatoes bumps the flavor too. Enjoy!
