Recipe 1 notes:
You want savory and flavorful? Ham and Bean Soup brought it’s game to the table and it did not disappoint! The ham bone was the team MVP bringing home the all-around tastiness. And this recipe can sure feed a crowd! All the ingredients were easy enough, but the sheer amount of ingredients made it a little more complicated than it could have been. It was healthy, and delicious. . . killer combo!
Recipe 2 notes:
Lime Chicken brought a surprise attack of the offense! It snuck in a power-punch with lime and really flavored the chicken. The creaminess really won over the crowd; who doesn’t appreciate a robust pasta dinner? The dish was also very appealing to the eye with the red bell pepper making it’s appearance throughout. The team coach (a.k.a. dinner chef) appreciated the short list of ingredients and the great end-game. . . pulling the whole team together to pull off a close win!
Nice! Lime Chicken will be up against Beef Stroganoff in the next round. It should be a very good game.
