Holy Cow Casserole–a delightful, sweet breakfast casserole that is a cross between cinnamon rolls and french toast without any of the hard work.

Holy Cow Casserole
If you’re a fan of cinnamon rolls and french toast now you can have both of them in one dish. The best part is that you don’t have to do all the hard work of rolling up the cinnamon rolls or standing over a pan and flipping french toast. This cinnamon roll casserole is great for brunch or even for dessert. My mother in law always serves cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate on Christmas morning but this casserole would be a good option with way less work! Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Cinnamon Rolls
Gooey yeast bread cinnamon rolls made easy in the slow cooker. Because they are cooked slowly you don’t have to let the cinnamon roll dough raise! Cut out the step of raising the dough twice and just let the cinnamon rolls raise and cook at the same time in the slow cooker.

This sounds great. I just received a box of cinnamon rolls from Wolferman’s bakery ans a gift and didn’t know what to do with them all. Now I do! I will double the recipe.
Thanks Karen!
