Review:
This is a classic recipe that is comforting and very easy to make. It had good flavor with the red peppers. Red pepper is my new favorite vegetable! (I want to see if I can grow some this year. Anybody have any tips on gardening?) The sauce is really runny and was like a gravy. We served it over mashed potatoes. The next day I ate the leftovers over toast. Yum! I enjoyed this recipe. 4 stars.
This was a good dish. I didn't put in the onions. About 15 min before serving I added some frozen broccoli florets. We served it over noodles. It was like an alfredo pasta dish.
It says to add onions but I didn’t see how many to add. Could you help me out?

Peppers are really easy to grow, at least the green ones are. You can probably buy plants or start them from seeds. Give them lots of sun and water and just let them do their thing. The meal looks great too. I think my family would like this.
Sounds yummy! By the way, I had the same plates as in this picture. Gotta love Corelle – it lasts forever. =)
This looks SOOOO good I am going to try this one. I am soooooo hungry now
