Review:
So I didn’t get this in the crockpot until about 4:30. I felt like I needed to speed things up so I cooked it on high. I used frozen chicken tenders and threw in everything on top of it. I checked on it an hour later and it seemed to be burning a little on the edges but of course the chicken was not yet done. So I added some water, probably a half a cup. The chicken was done for 6:15 and so I served it up. It was okay…I think it was a little mushy because I added the water. I would make this again but I would cook it on low and not add the water.
Karen, thank you for inviting me to see your new blog. It looks awesome and I’m so excited to try out your recipes! I just got a new crockpot for Christmas and I’m always looking for new yummy recipes. Thanks!
