This guest post comes from my sister, Nicole. She is an amazing cook and an amazing mom to her 4 cute kids. Thanks for this recipe, it looks fantastic!
2 pork roasts
1 can of vegetable broth
1 large onion, sliced
BBQ sauce
Put sliced onion in bottom of crock pot. Put in pork roasts. Pour can of broth over the top and cook on low for 8 hours or more. Shred the pork and then pour your favorite bbq sauce over the top. Cook on low for 2-3 more hours until all flavors are blended. Serve on a bun with coleslaw on top. This makes a lot of sandwiches so can easily be halved.
Thanks for share this delicious Recipe!
I Buy Barbeques
I forgot to rate this one. I would probably give this 4 stars. Braden says that with coleslaw it would be 5 stars and without coleslaw it would be 4. That’s good coming from a 10 year old boy.
This looks delicious! I haven’t been huge on slow cooking but maybe I should give it a whirl…
This is definitely for meat lovers! Have you ever tried Schlotzsky’s sandwiches? I’m not sure what they put in their bread, but it’s delicious. They’ve got these three new “Big League Clubz” that I highly recommend trying. Part of their new baseball sweepstakes that runs until 5/31/09 (www.bigleagueclubz.com); you can win fantasy baseball teams from SimDynasty.com, personalized mini-bats or even a grand prize trip to St. Louis in July to see all the stars play. Pretty sweeeeet, if I do say so mahself.
Delicious recipe! And not too hard, either 🙂 Might give this one a go!
