
Caramel Rolls
2- 8 oz packages of refrigerator biscuits
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix sugar and cinammon together in a small bowl. Dip individual biscuits into melted butter and then into cinammon and sugar mixture. Place each covered biscuit in greased 3 1/2 to 5 quart slow cooker. Cook on high heat 2 1/2-3 hours, or until rolls are done. You can check on rolls in the center after 2 hours for doneness. Makes 6-8 servings.
Party Hot Chocolate
4-5 cups nonfat dry milk
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup baking cocoa
2 tsp vanilla
11 cups water
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Make 10-15 servings.

I made these items together in my double dish slow cooker. I loved the hot chocolate and I quartered the recipe and it turned out fine. I was hoping the rolls would be better than they were. I have a recipe for “monkey bread” and I was hoping it would be more like that. Maybe it’s because the other recipe has a ton of butter in it 🙂
