I have the Max 6 at and an 8 qt duo. My eggs have been turning brown. What suggestions would you have for each pot. I have been laying them on a divot
You’ve been cooking for 2 minutes? I’d make sure you have 1.5 cups of water in the 8 quart. I am not sure why the brown except if you’re overcooking them.
I’m sorry I didn’t see . . . high pressure or low? The recipes for hb eggs have huge variance I’m noticing. Do you set to “steam” or just hit “manual” button, choose number and walk away? But which pressure setting, I don’t think you specified
I used the manual pressure cook button and I used high pressure.

I just tried this, the shell stuck to the egg and took a layer off the whites, they weren't pretty looking but tasty ,was going to make deviled eggs but now it's going to be egg salad I guess
