Cardiac Arrest Casserole

Cardiac Arrest Casserole

This is the easiest dump and go crockpot recipe for the meat lover in your life! With meatballs, sausage, bacon crumbles and two types of cheeses you can see where it got its name–lol! You can also combine the ingredients in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Ingredients/Substitution Ideas

  • Browned ground sausage–Italian sausage is a good choice
  • Frozen meatballs–I like the Italian style meatballs
  • Bacon crumbles–or you can fry up some bacon and crumble it
  • Cubed hash brown potatoes–sometimes called southern style hashbrowns
  • Marinara sauce
  • Cheddar cheese–I like sharp
  • Mozzarella cheese

Steps

Add all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir to combine.

Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes/Tips

  • Serve with some raw veggies and dip or spinach salad.
  • I used my 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container* in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Other recipes you can make with mozzarella cheese are Slow Cooker Sausage Pepperoni Spinach Ravioli and Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Cauliflower.
