1/2 jar alfredo
1/2 jar marinara sauce
1-2 cups cooked chicken
7 oz artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
4 oz can mushrooms, drained
6 oz pasta of choice, cooked and drained (I used vegetable trio rotini)
Combine alfredo, marinara, chicken, artichokes, and mushrooms. Cook on low for 2-4 hours. Add in pasta and stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
I love the combination of the alfredo and marinara and along with the mushrooms and artichokes, it is delicious. I think this would make a good pizza sauce too. 3 stars.
