Description
A savory Instant Pot pasta made with French onion soup, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese.

- 1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell's French onion soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 oz spaghetti
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbles
- 1/4 cup goat cheese or parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Pour soup and water into bottom of Instant Pot. Break the spaghetti into 2 inch pieces and scatter it in the pot. Layer the mushrooms over the top. Dump the tomatoes evenly over the top. Add in the garlic powder and butter. Don’t stir.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move the valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the bacon and cheese.
