Description

A savory Instant Pot pasta made with French onion soup, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell's French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 oz spaghetti
  • 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese or parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour soup and water into bottom of Instant Pot. Break the spaghetti into 2 inch pieces and scatter it in the pot. Layer the mushrooms over the top. Dump the tomatoes evenly over the top. Add in the garlic powder and butter. Don’t stir.
  2. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes and then move the valve to venting. Remove the lid.
  3. Stir in the bacon and cheese. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
