Description
A stovetop skillet casserole with chicken sausage, sour cream, green chiles, cheddar and crunchy tortilla chips. A super fast and easy weeknight dinner.

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 11 ounces chicken sausage (links or ground)
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles (I used mild)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Garlic salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- Tortilla chips
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Dice up the sausage, if using links. Add the oil and sausage into the pan and brown the sausage.
- Stir in the green chiles and sour cream. Add a few shakes of garlic salt, to taste. Heat through.
- Stir in the cheese, until melted. Turn heat to low.
- Crunch up tortilla chips and sprinkle on top along with the tomatoes and green onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
