Description

A one pot Instant Pot tuna and wild rice dish with sour cream, cheddar, and almonds for a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 (4.3 oz) box Rice-A-Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice with seasoning packet
  • 1 (7 oz) can albacore tuna
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Pour water into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the Rice-a-Roni. Add in the tuna and the seasoning packet.
  2. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
  3. Stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle the cheese and almonds on top. Serve and enjoy!
