Description
A one pot Instant Pot tuna and wild rice dish with sour cream, cheddar, and almonds for a quick weeknight meal.

- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 (4.3 oz) box Rice-A-Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice with seasoning packet
- 1 (7 oz) can albacore tuna
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Pour water into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the Rice-a-Roni. Add in the tuna and the seasoning packet.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle the cheese and almonds on top. Serve and enjoy!
