Quinoa is so easy to make in your slow cooker! There’s no babysitting or boiling over. Make a big batch of quinoa and store the leftovers in the fridge for various meals during the week!

- 1 part quinoa
- 1.5 parts water
Instructions
- Rinse quinoa well in a mesh strainer. Add the rinsed quinoa to the slow cooker.
- Add in the water.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours or 2-3 hours on high. If your crockpot is less full it will take less time to cook. If your crockpot is more than halfway full it will take more time to cook. Each slow cooker cooks differently. Pay attention to how yours cooks and make a note of how long it took to cook the quinoa.
