Description

An easy slow cooker dinner made with smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, au jus, butter and banana peppers for a savory meal that’s perfect served over noodles.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 oz) package kielbasa or beef smoked sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp brown gravy mix or au jus mix
  • 1 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup mild pepper banana pepper rings

Instructions

  1. Slice sausage into ½ inch slices. Add to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the water, au jus, ranch, butter and banana peppers and stir.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
  4. Stir and serve over hot cooked egg noodles or rice.
