Description
An easy slow cooker dinner made with smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, au jus, butter and banana peppers for a savory meal that’s perfect served over noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 (12 oz) package kielbasa or beef smoked sausage
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp brown gravy mix or au jus mix
- 1 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup mild pepper banana pepper rings
Instructions
- Slice sausage into ½ inch slices. Add to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the water, au jus, ranch, butter and banana peppers and stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Stir and serve over hot cooked egg noodles or rice.
