Description

An easy slow cooker appetizer made with only 4 ingredients! Frozen meatballs are tossed in a sweet and tangy sauce made with honey, balsamic vinegar and ketchup.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 24 oz frozen meatballs

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, honey and water.
  2. Add meatballs to the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the sauce over the top.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 90 minutes or until the meatballs are hot all the way through. Turn to warm and serve meatballs when ready.
