Description
Beef ramen bowls might look plain but there is tons of flavor in this easy-to-make Instant Pot dish.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 packages ramen noodles seasoning packets discarded
- Green onions, for topping
- Sriracha sauce, for topping
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the ground beef and break it up. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the garlic, ginger and salt.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Add in the soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, pepper and ramen noodles.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 0 (zero) minutes. When the time is up move valve to venting and remove the lid. Stir well.
- Scoop into bowls and top with green onions and a few drops of sriracha sauce.
