Description
A cozy ham, peas, cheese and noodles dish made easily in your Instant Pot or slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 (12 oz) bag Reames frozen egg noodles
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 12 oz ham steak, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Instant Pot Instructions:
- Pour broth into Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the poultry seasoning. Sprinkle in the noodles. Add in ketchup, butter and ham on top.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 8 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the milk, peas and cheddar. Put the lid back on the Instant Pot and let it warm through the peas and melt the cheese for 5 more minutes (just on the keep warm setting).
- Serve and enjoy!
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Add broth, poultry seasoning, noodles, ketchup, butter and ham into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Stir in the milk, peas and cheddar. Put the lid back on and let cook for another 15-20 minutes.
