Description
Wide old fashioned egg noodles with mushrooms and bites of pork in a creamy sour cream sauce made fast in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp butter
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces old fashioned wide egg noodles (see picture above)
- 1 1/4 pounds pork loin chops, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the butter and let it melt. Add in the mushrooms and saute for about 4 minutes. Add in a pinch of kosher salt.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in the noodles. Add cubes of pork over the top of the noodles. Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and red pepper flakes.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the sour cream.
- Serve and enjoy!
