Description

6 ingredient flavorful, tender chicken and creamy, fluffy rice made in your Instant Pot. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 cups converted rice
  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 1 (2 oz) package onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.5) oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup french fried onions

Instructions

  1. Add broth into Instant Pot. Add in half of the chicken evenly into bottom of pot. Then sprinkle the rice on top. Place the rest of the chicken evenly over the rice. Sprinkle the chicken with onion soup mix. Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the top. Don’t stir.
  2. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid. 
  3. Stir. Sprinkle the french fried onions on top. Serve and enjoy!
