4-ingredient, dump and go chicken and rice made fast in your Instant Pot.

- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 packet Lipton's onion soup mix
- 1 cup converted rice
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
- Trim the chicken of excess fat and cut into 1 inch cubes. Add the chicken into the Instant Pot.
- Pour in water. Sprinkle in the onion soup mix and the rice. Dump the cream cheese on top. Don’t stir.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
