Description
Seasoned ground beef with red potatoes, sweet corn, tomato sauce and cheddar cheese. An easy, delicious meal made in your Instant Pot or Crockpot.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 24 ounces red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups frozen sweet corn
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Instant Pot Instructions:
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Brown for 5 minutes, drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Dump in the potatoes, corn and tomato sauce.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up move valve to venting and remove the lid.
- Stir in the cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the beef and break it up. Brown for 5 minutes, drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the broth, potatoes, corn and tomato sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
- Stir in the cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
