Description

A creamy ranch chicken and spinach dinner made with tender chicken, melty cheese and a crispy French fried onion topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cooked chopped or shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 oz chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup french fried onions

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. 
  2. In a bowl stir together chicken, cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, spinach, ranch dressing mix and half of the french fried onions. 
  3. Spread the mixture into a 8×8 inch baking dish. 
  4. Sprinkle remaining onions on the top.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
