Description
A creamy ranch chicken and spinach dinner made with tender chicken, melty cheese and a crispy French fried onion topping.

- 4 cups cooked chopped or shredded chicken
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 3 oz chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup french fried onions
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350° F.
- In a bowl stir together chicken, cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, spinach, ranch dressing mix and half of the french fried onions.
- Spread the mixture into a 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining onions on the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
