Easy slow cooker homemade meatballs with a bold, zesty flavor from Au Jus and banana peppers.
Ingredients

- 1 (1 oz) packet Au Jus
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup banana pepper juice
- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup banana peppers
Instructions
- Add Au Jus, water and banana pepper juice into crockpot and whisk.
- In a mixing bowl add the ground beef, egg, parmesan, panko, onion, garlic and ranch dressing. Mix until just combined.
- Form into golf ball size meatballs (pack firmly) and place into the crockpot.
- Add in the banana peppers.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 3 hours.
- Serve meatballs drizzled with juices and peppers.
