Description

Easy slow cooker homemade meatballs with a bold, zesty flavor from Au Jus and banana peppers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Au Jus
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup banana pepper juice
  • 16 oz lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers

Instructions

  1. Add Au Jus, water and banana pepper juice into crockpot and whisk. 
  2. In a mixing bowl add the ground beef, egg, parmesan, panko, onion, garlic and ranch dressing. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form into golf ball size meatballs (pack firmly) and place into the crockpot. 
  4. Add in the banana peppers.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 3 hours. 
  6. Serve meatballs drizzled with juices and peppers.
