Description
An easy and delicious recipe to use up leftover turkey! Bowtie pasta and turkey are enveloped in a creamy sauce. Make it in minutes in your Instant Pot.

- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 5 oz farfalle pasta
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 cups diced leftover turkey (or chicken)
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp pimentos
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting. When display says HOT add in the butter and let it melt. Add in the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Add in the garlic powder, pepper, salt poultry seasoning, farfalle, green bell pepper, turkey and mushrooms.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the sour cream, pimentos and cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
