Description
A hot dish with a combination of rice, ground beef and vegetables made in your Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water or broth
- 1 1/2 cups converted rice
- 1 (10.5 oz) can chicken noodle soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup peas (optional)
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion, celery, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Brown beef for about 5 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce.
- Pour in the water and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in the rice. Dump the chicken noodle soup and cream of mushroom soup on top.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir well. Fold in the peas. Serve and enjoy!
