Description
An easy Instant Pot dinner made with ground beef, spaghetti, taco seasoning, Rotel and melty cheese.

- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (I used mild)
- 2 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup taco sauce (I used medium red)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz shredded Mexican blended cheese
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to sauté setting. When display says HOT add in the beef and break it up. Brown for 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, oregano and smoked paprika.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Break the spaghetti in half and lay it in a criss cross pattern in the pot. Dump in the Rotel, tomato sauce, taco sauce and cream cheese (don’t stir).
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir well. Stir in the cheese. Serve and enjoy!
