Description
Seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles and a tangy mustard sauce for a quick family dinner that tastes like a cross between a loose meat sandwich and a cheeseburger slider.

- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp pickle juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickles
Instructions
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Drain off excess grease. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the salt, mustard, brown sugar, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, hot sauce and water and stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Stir again. Stir in the cheese and pickles.
- Serve on slider buns or on mashed potatoes or plain.
Stove Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add in the beef and break it up. Add in the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.

- Cover pan and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir again. Stir in the cheese and pickles.
