A quick and easy sausage and dumplings casserole made in your Instant Pot.

- 1 pound ground turkey sausage
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup frozen sweet corn
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz) tube Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the ground sausage and break it up. Add in the diced onion. Brown for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the broth and scrape the bottom of the pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Drizzle the salsa verde on the top. Dump the corn and cream cheese into the pot. Unroll the crescent roll sheet and use a pizza cutter to cut it into 1 inch squares. Add the squares into the pot, in one layer.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir well. Scoop onto plates or into bowls and serve.
