Description
A quick and easy smoked sausage and bean skillet (or slow cooker) dinner that comes together in only 20 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 (12 oz) package beef smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 (15 oz) cans white cannelini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Stove top instructions:
- Heat a medium pan over medium heat. Add in the oil and swirl around. Add in the smoked sausage and brown on each side for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the beans, dijon, worcestershire and barbecue sauce.
- Heat through. Turn off heat.
- Serve and enjoy!
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Add sausage, beans, dijon, worcestershire, barbecue sauce and a half cup of water or broth into the slow cooker. Stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- Stir, serve and enjoy!
