Description
Easy oven-baked meatloaf made with ground beef, onion soup mix and a tangy barbecue glaze that turns out juicy and flavorful every time.

- 2 lbs lean ground beef (I used 93/7)
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup finely diced onions
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350° F. Spray a pan with non-stick spray or line with parchment.
- Add all ingredient into a mixing bowl. Use clean hands to mix well to combine (don’t overmix).
- Form the meat into a loaf about 9 inches long and 3 inches tall.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Check temperature of the middle of the meatloaf, it should be at least 160° F.
- If desired, brush some extra barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf. Tent with foil. Let sit for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
