Description

The easiest chicken and stuffing recipe made in your Crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken(or 20 ounces raw chicken breasts, sliced in half thickness wise or chicken tenderloins)
  • 1 (6 oz) package Stovetop chicken stuffing
  • 1 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell's cream of chicken with herbs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Place chicken evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle lightly with some salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the stuffing over the top of the chicken. Pour the water over the top of the stuffing. 
  3. In a bowl whisk together the cream of chicken, sour cream and milk. Spoon over the top of the stuffing.
  4. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours. 
  5. Serve and enjoy.
