Description
The easiest chicken and stuffing recipe made in your Crockpot.
Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken(or 20 ounces raw chicken breasts, sliced in half thickness wise or chicken tenderloins)
- 1 (6 oz) package Stovetop chicken stuffing
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell's cream of chicken with herbs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Place chicken evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle lightly with some salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the stuffing over the top of the chicken. Pour the water over the top of the stuffing.
- In a bowl whisk together the cream of chicken, sour cream and milk. Spoon over the top of the stuffing.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
