Description
A creamy, cheesy Instant Pot macaroni with smoked sausage dinner that is super fast and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (12 oz) package smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz macaroni
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the oil and swirl around. Add in the smoked sausage and brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in the macaroni, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Dump the soup over the top. Don’t stir.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- Stir in the evaporated milk.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe is easy to cut in half. Halve all ingredients and keep cooking time the same.
