Description

A creamy, cheesy Instant Pot macaroni with smoked sausage dinner that is super fast and easy to make. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (12 oz) package smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz macaroni
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the oil and swirl around. Add in the smoked sausage and brown for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off Instant Pot. 
  3. Sprinkle in the macaroni, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Dump the soup over the top. Don’t stir.
  4. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
  5. Stir in the evaporated milk. 
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is easy to cut in half. Halve all ingredients and keep cooking time the same.
