Tender bites of chicken in an amazing sauce made super fast in your Instant Pot!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 12-16 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Instant Pot Instructions:
- Pour broth into Instant Pot. Add in the chicken evenly.
- Dump in the honey, mustard, pepper, vinegar and teriyaki sauce. Don’t stir.
- Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
- In a small bowl stir together 2 Tbsp of cornstarch with 2 Tbsp cold water. Stir until smooth. Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. Stir the slurry into the Instant Pot and let the sauce thicken. Turn off Instant Pot.
- Serve and enjoy!
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- Add broth, chicken, honey, mustard, pepper, vinegar and teriyaki sauce into slow cooker.
- In a small bowl stir together 2 Tbsp of cornstarch with 2 Tbsp cold water. Stir until smooth. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
