Description

Tender, flavorful beef slow cooked or pressure cooked with Italian dressing mix and onion soup mix for an easy, savory dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 pounds beef chuck steaks
  • 1 (.70 oz) packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1 (1 oz) packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Slow Cooker Instructions:

  1. Place chuck steaks into slow cooker. Sprinkle the dressing mix and soup mix on top. Pour water over everything.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Instant Pot Instructions:

  1. Pour water into Instant Pot. Add in the chuck steaks and sprinkle them with the dressing mix and onion soup mix. 
  2. Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook button to 60 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 15 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
